      Would highly recommend ERIC at the UTC location in Sarasota . We looked at some other locations and I went back to UTC to Eric because of his knowledge and personality . Very honest and wonderful to work with !!!

      Sell and forget. Since purchasing from this company the customer service has been lacking. You get different people with different stories when calling customer service and the response is nonexistent unless you bug them. More specifically, I have issues with my Tahti unit and it was a challenge each time I needed service. At first they didn't have a service team and did not offer references to anyone who could service the unit. They parts are all cheap parts as they direct you to Amazon to get replacements (Boss stereo, grates, light components). When my rope lights went out I paid IN ADVANCE to have them come replace them with the newer LEDE lights. They didn't show when scheduled and when I called they said they would not do the work even though I had paid the, It took contacting the State of FL to get resolution. The most recent issue is the lights went out in my "professional grill" I was first told they needed to order the lights. When I followed up I was told that my unit was an original version and they would not provide the lights or service the unit as promised. They gave me no recommendation on how to resolve the issue on a high end grill they prominently display and sell. So buyer beware once you have it they forget you!

      The Boca Town Center Mall location is where I shopped. It was a great experience from start to finish. I would recommend this company for your outdoor kitchen needs. It worked for me as well as a couple of my neighbors within the community.

      Wasn't planning g on buying anything until I was wisely convinced by Jose in cape coral fla Jose was very knowledgeable and understanding and I appreciate that will definitely be in to close out on patio grill set very soon thanks again Jose keep up the great work

      I purchased a GX 14 outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grills at the Town Center at Boca Raton in April 2025, and I’m thrilled with it! The setup includes a BBQ, wine fridge, beer fridge, and hibachi grill, making it perfect for entertaining. Keith and Sierra were fantastic throughout the process, offering expert guidance and a seamless showroom experience. Installation was quick, smooth, and professionally handled by their team. The quality and features have elevated my backyard and I’d highly recommend Paradise Grills to others. 5/5 stars!

      I had a fantastic experience at the Paradise Grills showroom in Boca Raton! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful selection of outdoor kitchens and grilling setups. Franco was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me to the perfect setup for my backyard. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Franco—you won’t be disappointed!

      I have only great things to say about Flora who is the manager at the Paradise Grill in Bonita Springs on Tamiami. I purchased my grill in 2020 and love it and recommended the company and product to friends and neighbors. I was eligible to receive a referral gift but kept getting the run around from folks at different salesrooms. When I went into the place where I purchased my grill initially, I explained the situation and my frustration and Flora was kind knowledgeable and handled the problem. If you live in the Naples, Bonita Springs or Fort Myers area Flora is the person I would recommend on Tamiami.
