      The one star is based on the faucet. Everything else is fine. The faucets are junk. The first one began dripping shortly after installation (12 months ago). Paradise Grills customer service demanded a video of it dripping. After sending it to them, they sent me a new faucet. Installed the new one and a few months later it began dripping again. There are no replacement parts or seats to repair the faucet. I called customer service a second time and asked for a refund for the faucet so I could purchase a good quality faucet. They said no, but, they will send me a new faucet, again, and sink. I am now past the one year warranty, so, if this new faucet drips, which I believe it will as it is the same cheap quality, then I'll have to purchase a good quality faucet. The kitchen is good, just the faucet is not.

      Ron at the Villages location was a perfect salesperson. Very helpful and did not pressure into buying. Such a pleasure deciding what was right for us.

      New salesperson Robert was very polite and helpful as well.

      I went in to Paradise Grill on Saturday and the new guy, Gerrick, was very friendly, respectful and informative. He just started working there but talking with him made me feel like he'd been there forever. I had a very pleasurable experience.
