      My wife and I stopped in to kill some time before a dinner reservation in Sarasota just to see what they had. We knew we wanted a Tiki bar at some point but didn’t expect to find exactly what we had envisioned on display. The showroom blew us away and Sean was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and never tried to pressure us into a sale. He answered all of our questions, helped us determine exactly what we wanted and now I just can’t wait to start entertaining and grilling for friends and family. So excited.

      I stopped by to the location I Doral and I was amazed the display is beautiful and the product is top notch . Very friendly employees, I can't Wait to finish my patio with these beautiful kitchens .

      When my wife and I went to Paradise Grills, we already had an idea of what we were looking for. We had our exact measurements and color scheme of the outdoor kitchen we wanted. The salesmen, George ****** was very responsive and respectful to our requests. He showed us several options and researched his inventory within the company’s database and located exactly what we wanted.

      My sales rep Jon was wonderful and he explained everything about the units. We purchased the Maui10 and GX10 combo and was delivered 5/24/23. The faucet on the sink was missing and the delivery reps had me speak with a manager before they left. They stated they will make sure I receive the faucet/sink combo. I didn’t hear back from anyone and I had to follow up with customer service. The CS rep gave me a delivery option via fedex. I waited a week and had to follow up again to find out why package still has not shipped as I was provided a fedex tracking number. I had to call back again and I got the package a few days later. Besides from that headache and the fact we forgot the top rack of grill need to be removed before turning on the searing option- because the rack becomes warped. Which it definitely does. And to replace is over $100. But that part is our fault because our delivery was a month after we purchased. Everything else is working great. We love our unit.
