      I saw a post in ******** about the new Paradise Grills in Hoover Alabama, so I decided to check it out. What a pleasant surprise! Juan was great, he welcomed me with a huge smile and proceeded to explain everything about their company and product, between the music, their gorgeous store, and Juan's energy, it was only what I can described as a unique retail experience! We are redoing our whole back, so as soon as we get the final renderings we will be picking the outdoor kitchen that fits our space!

      Ps: No permits required, and they deliver and install in 10 business days!!!

      Just purchased a BBQ/Tiki station from here and the experience was great. Rafael ******** was a pleasure to speak with and he explained everything in detail and was extremely knowledgeable of all the different options and accessories. This is my 2nd Paradise Grill system and I couldn't be happier with the purchase experience. Thanks Rafa!!

      Buford showroom Great customer service, we bought a unit in Fort Lauderdale last year and we stopped by the showroom at Buford to see if someone can help us to solve it the situation and the manager went far beyond, thank you Cristian. Situation solved!

      If you're even considering an outdoor kitchen, do yourself a favor and go see Patrick at the Paradise Grills store in Tampa. He's hands down one of the most knowledgeable representatives that I've met in any company and industry in the fact that he was able to answer any and all questions with confidence and certainty. My wife and I went in only to get ideas of how we wanted to build our outdoor kitchen. We honestly never intended to purchase but she's more visual and preferred to see some concepts. We went in with a specific design in mind and not twenty minutes later, had decided on purchasing one from Paradise Grills that was a completely different design we never would've imagined would work were it not for Patrick's professionalism and input. The other thing that stood out was the fact that he wasn't pushy by any means and made us feel welcome and not just like we were a sale that needed to be made. When we left, we knew we were going to purchase but needed to go home and verify measurements but we never told him we were for sure buying. With that he still was extremely polite and just told us to reach out if we had any questions. We were able to get the entire deal done over the phone and the process was one of the most seamless I've experienced. We're beyond excited for our new outdoor kitchen and can honestly recommend Patrick at Paradise Grills to anyone and everyone interested in one.
