Professional clean up and handled with expertise. Damaged flooring removed and new flooring installed was top notch to every detail and precisely done even in the closets. Baseboards and painting were perfect. I am very particular and I had no complaints in the performance of the dry out, clean up and new flooring and baseboards from a water leak. Lightning restoration came out same day and secured the window that caused the leak. They tested the bare concrete floors to make sure no mold after dry out. I was completely happy with the handling during a very stressful situation in our home. All in all excellent job and even showed empathy and concern. Lightning Restoration took care of the water in my home quickly and professionally! Im so happy with the results!!Lightning Restoration of Tampa Bay
