      I had Duke energy out for an audit, they recommended this company to do a duct test since my electric bill jumped mega dollars. I had a duct test done in August of 23. Air Zone said I didn't qualify for a test until August of 2025. If I pay out of pocket its $275, if I wait til August, I pay $50 and Duke pays $50. So how can they exploit me for the exact same service? I would gladly pay the full $100. The hottest months are coming, why should I have to wait until August or pay an additional $225? Sad they take advantage of a senior citizen and can give Duke special consideration.

      I was very satisfied with the service we received from Air Zone. Our tech, Jeff, did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend Air Zone to my friends and family

      Zero stars should be available, this is the absolute worst ac company I've ever seen, they don't even try to diagnose anything , they are just selling before they know the problem. 1000 to clean the unit before they would even diagnose it. What a joke! Don't forget your 1900 ev light that you need ??

      STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! On May 6 2024 we were referred to Air zone from our insurance company. The issue is ac will not reach temp. After 8 visits, a multitude of parts installed and $1149 in cleaning fees that I should have never been charged for, it is now August 8 2024 and the problem still remains like nothing was done. These people then had the nerve to try and convince me that an air-conditioning unit that will not reach temp, is mechanically sound and there is nothing wrong with it. Huh?A company is only as good as their leader and thats where Ill leave it.Owner and GM *************************** is the most condescending and unprofessional business owner *** have ever met. He has zero customer service skills and accountability for his or his employees actions. From what I can gather he shoves everything on *** the service manager and takes zero accountability. He consistently hires subpar HVAC technicians that will lie about what maintenance they have done and will steal your money. As long as this guy is in charge of that company be fair warned he will rip you off if given the opportunity.

      Air Zone was sent out to repair our air conditioner by our home warranty company. Air Zone should have charged us $75. The repairman said that he had to do more work, or the home warranty would not cover the repairs. They charged us $2,062 for the work they did. Afterwards I spoke to the home warranty company, and they said that Air Zone should not have done the extra work and should have just done what was needed to repair the unit under the warranty. Air Zone conned us out of $2k.

      I didn’t have a good experience with AirZone. They were hired by my warranty company. My AC was blowing hot air. One of their techs came in and told me that my my whole AC system needed to be replaced. He told me there was an electrical surge that fried all the wires to the compressor, burned the compressor and that the whole system needed to be replaced. He wanted me to talk to their sales department to get quotes for a brand new AC system. He told the warranty company was not gonna cover any of the expenses due to the damage caused by surge. I told him to complete diagnosis report and send it back to the warranty company and I was gonna talk to warranty company to weigh my options. My warranty company determined that they were going to cover the replacement of the compressor while I was going to be responsible for the rewiring and no new AC system was required. This is all documented in emails. AirZone ordered the compressor and called me about a week later to schedule the replacement. They told me that I needed to pay $250 for the rewiring and needed to be cash. The tech that came for the repair only swapped one wire and the AC was working again. There was no replacement of burned wires or compressor. Compressor was fine. I didn't pay the $250. I was out of AC in Florida summer for about 20 days for a bad diagnosis. It seems to me that they have techs doing diagnosis to push unnecessary repairs or push to sell you a new AC system. I caution anyone using this company to get a second opinion of their diagnosis. It happens to me every time they come to service my unit for maintenance, they always come with unnecessary recommendations. I filed a complaint with my warranty company and told them not to send them again to my home. Maybe if you contract them directly you get better service.

      Day 1 little to no communication from them. Had to call bc the tech didn't arrive during the "window" were told the tech was running late, @ 5p not a soul the office or tech never showed or call. The next morning we called, was told tech would be out between 12-4p he showed up for 5 minutes and said blower needs to be ordered, they have it in stock & we would get a call this evening to schedule the repair. Week later, we called asking about part status. The guy didn't have a clue, said he would call us back, no return phone call. Next day, we called, talked to a young lady, she said part was ordered, no idea on arrival. 3 days later, Tiffany called, scheduled repair date, service window 12-4p. About 2p called the company asked about estimate time of arrival, they told me the technician would call be when he's 30mins out, but we were the next service call to be completed. I said perfect because I have to pick up my kid BUT I had my college kid home for the technician. Left the house at 410p, 412p my ring cam picks up a male at the door company truck out front, door bell was not rung, my kid is home with 2 dogs who didn't bark (they bark at EVERYTHING). He is seen walking up to the door, looking at the camera but never reached up to ring the door bell or knock. I get home at 435p, technician has left. I called the company, Tiffany tells me the technician hasn't been to my residence, but put me on hold to call him. Another guy picks up the phone, tells me that he tried calling me & my husbands cell, FALSE neither of us has a missed call from the company. He proceeded to tell me technician waited for 25mins, had to send him home because we never responded, FALSE! There was someone home, technician never knocked or rang the doorbell. Asked when is the technician going to come back, guy told me he'll have to call me back to reschedule bc they're already booked out. This company lacks customer service, if you're using your home warranty you're not a priority.

      The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, when the technical left my A/C was in pieces. Instead of just cleaning the blow motor they wanted to scam me for a mold issue there was only dirt in the blower because it sits on the ground, it's a moble home.. He refused to finish the work blaming the warrenty company, and wanted to do a complete duct work work. The Air Condition was in peices after he left.. I had to put it all back together, the aircondion works. I payed another company to come out and Pro Tech, very professional. They put the piece on that I didn't know how to spell clan the blower motor and my A/C is working fine. I honestly believe they get paid by the Warrenty Companies to have your warrenty refused.. They said it was because of not proper maintance.. Had one of there tech come out last year and changed the fan motor and clean the entire system. We never use this company again, and feel sorry for anybody that does.

      Air zone put in a new system. Mold is growing on the air handler after only 3 years! They wont even come and fix it! They just dismissed me. Stay away. This owner wont even answer me! Beware! Run away

      Bad company, stay away from Air Zone, my complaint is the same as the other reviews on this site. A rip off company ,saying they will strip out the unit and do a deep cleaning which will take time, none of this work was done. Also the technician act as if he is working on your unit and does nothing. I was charged $1000 for one uv light fitted, big rip off.
