  They were sent by warranty company and they charged us three times the price for a uv light and cleaning &******* . The cleaning was not done and mold is in our system. Half the thing they said they did was not done and refused to give a refund although we told the same day of the service. Be careful dont use them unless you call three other companies. They will not take accountability for their actions. Master of overpriced services and products.

  Stay away from this company Air Zone. They came out to fix my tenants A/C through Choice Home Warranty. The technician diagnosis was a dirty blower and low in refrigerant. We were quoted $7,935.00. Little that the technician knew that Im the home owner a licensed mechanical contractor with over 20 years experience in air conditioning. When I came to diagnose the problem I found it was only a bad condenser fan motor. I went down the street I picked up from ************* a new condenser fan motor for less than a $100. I did the repair in 20 minutes. The tenants now have been cooling for 10 days. I called and spoke to ***** with Air Zone asking how did your employee diagnose my A/C unit with low refrigerant and condenser fan motor is not running.. As an AC technician my self I know it's impossible to get refrigerant reading if the fan is not running so far I've been waiting for her more than 10 days for the answer. This company is completely dishonest ripoff stay away

  Air Zone Air Conditioning of Oldmar is a dishonest company. They do business with warranty companies and reading complaints on this site, it appears they arrive for a warranty and if do not find an issue then charge for other work. First, they told me none of my issues were under warranty, that I was not eligible for the military discount since it was a warranty visit. The tech found mold in the ** unit. He stated it would cost $1700 to fix. I expected it would take half the day and removal of parts for cleaning. The tech cleaned the coils, wires, and other parts in less than an hour. I went online and spoke to their ** companies and the highest rate I found was $800 but most were $300-500. I asked for the receipt via text and have not heard back. Since, the tech has failed to respond, I decided to write this review and will go to ****'s list and others too. Once I receive the receipt, I will share with my warranty company.

  Air Zone is a fraudulent company. 9/29/23 My home warranty company hired them. 9/30 A man came out to check my unit that was leaking. Within 5 minutes he came up with a picture that was supposed to be my Coil. He said it was $65 to check. I gave him $70 cash and he said he had no change and that it was non refundable. 5 minutes later he claimed my coil was dirty with bacteria and hair. He never opened the unit. It was clearly leaking from the left bottom corner. The next day A service man showed up and cleaned the coil. He claimed it was fixed. I thanked him and gave him a $20 tip. An hour after he left I walked down the hall and slipped in water. So common sense told me to take the cover off the side of the unit which was NEVER removed and I immediately found the leak coming from the condenser. So I placed a small towel under the leak. About that time the manager called me wanting to be paid. I told him it was not fixed yet. Another service man came out and replaced the condenser the next day after I pointed out the leak. I tipped him $20 too. In the meantime I looked the company up for complaints. I mentioned the many complaints to the worker and he admitted to the fraudulent practices and that he was looking for another job because of it. Then I looked outside at the unit and found that the first serviceman had loosened some bolts and it was draining from the pan instead of from the copper tubing it is supposed to drain from. I then called my insurance company and made an appointment to get a phone call about not being covered because of dirty coils. In the meantime Air Zone called me again threatening me with breach of contract and that I am to pay them by noon or I will be sued. It had been 2 days since the shoddy job was completed. They charged me $1865. I told them I would pay Tues.after speaking to my insurance agent. He then threatened me with breach of contract if it wasnt paid by noon today. Unbelievably rude people.

  I feel scammed! Do not pay for their HVAC services upfront. They sell non-refundable "maintenance policies" they then try to upsell you on duct cleaning and whatnot.

  DAY 37 with NO AC. I wish I could give them zero stars. Our insurance company contracts AirZone, which is the only reason I would ever deal to with such an awful company. Our AC started going up to 78 degrees on MAY 18th and they came and told us it was dirty, so we had to clean it. We paid someone to come and get it professionally cleaned. After it not working again, on June 7th they told us it was bad part on the outside unit and it would take until June 12th for it to get here and get it installed. Well, by June 14th the AC was still not working. We called again, and they told us the earliest they could get to us was JUNE 19th! On June 19th they told us it was leak…? Not dirty, not a broken part, a leak. Okay, then they said a “leak specialist” had to come and the earliest he could do was June 23th. Yesterday, June 23th, over a month after we first called them, they said it is now a copper pipe under the house that they can replace… on June 30th!! By then it will 47 days with no AC! Placing bets as if this is the time that they actually find the problem and get it fixed. I have spoken to the scheduler, **** and his Manager, ****. They both keep bringing up excuses about scheduling but overall they are careless and refuse to offer any help despite taking well over a month to fix what now seems to be a pipe. They won’t move us anywhere higher on the list, to fix the job they started and are unable to finish. This is central Florida in June. It’s pouring rain out so we can’t leave the windows open if it’s not 92 degrees outside. The house currently sits at 84 degrees and no one in AirZone seems to care for well over a month. If you want a company that actually cares and it’s efficient, AirZone is not for you.

  This company is excellent!!! Great services with great knowledgeable employees who take the time out to explain everything to me and answer any concerns I had! Extremely happy with my air unit they installed. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know!!! Happy customer!!! Thank you Airzone for your services.

  We have used Airzone on I multiple jobs with out roofing company and our personal home. They are always on time, polite and very thorough on their services. We are always very happy with them and highly recommend them to everyone
