    I ordered a memorial sweatshirt for my teen through Technoblade.com after the streamer sadly passed away. The sweatshirt was incredibly overpriced at $73 and we are extremely low income, but my teen said it was all they wanted for Christmas and wouldn't ask for anything else, so I got it. It arrived and I received the size I ordered based on the measurements on the website, but those measurements were COMPLETELY off. I ordered a men's size medium and what came was so small, it wouldn't fit my teen who wears a women's size small. So I guess we are going to need a men's size XL? For a 100 lb 14 year old?! We tried to contact the company for a return and I was sent back an auto-generated email telling me we were put on a queue and that we should not email them again or we would lose our place in line. I waited nearly a month and still no reply. Since they only offer a 30 day return policy, I emailed them again, even though I feared we would lose our place in line if I did. Still no reply. I've emailed several times more and nothing. I've since filed a dispute with my bank as no one will get back to me. My teen is completely heartbroken and I feel so terrible. This was supposed to be a sweet memorial gift for someone deceased and instead it has turned into a stressful nightmare.

    I ordered a T-Shirt from this company on June 30, 2022. I payed $42.13 USD (including tax and shipping). The issue I have with them is that I accidentally wrote the wrong address down for shipping. I sent them multiple emails explaining the issue and only received automated responses.     I placed an order for merchandise from Technoblade on June 30th, the order number is TECHNOB76378, since then my order has completely disappeared and I have tried to contact support a few times. I really need help getting my stuff delivered. If you can not deliver my order I would like a full refund for my time wasted on waiting for this order. I really did not want have to make a complaint but I've been told this is the only way to get a response. I will never be using Merchline again after this ordeal is done with.

    I ordered a large supply of things that come out to a total of around 243 on 7/2/22 and it said my order would be out by mid to late august and I still havent received a thing Ive contacted them three times about my change of address and not receiving my delivery and there has been no response at all and this is the only way I know to contact them my order number is TECHNOB138516 and at this point I just want my order or a refund.

    I received an order (DUDEP325563) and the items were damaged. I returned them and they only gave me a partial credit. They charged for shipping and tax. Please process the full refund.
