  i had an un-solicited visit from a sales person.at my house. I told him "not interested, go away" and he continued his sales pitch. I told him that this sub-division is posted " no soliciting" but he said it didn't apply to him. He became angry, told me to F- myself and hoped I would drop dead soon. I would never utilize services from this company based on the attitude and performance of this sales person. Monday Nov. 27, 2023 2pm. I am giving a 1 star rating as that is the lowest, I can post. I would give a negative rating if I could.

  Ive been using PestBear in *************** to treat my lawn for weeds and fertilizer. Ive been generally happy with the results. However, recently they sent a letter about Liquid Aeration and said call if we have questions. I had no interest so I discarded. Today I received a bill that said they did the service and I owed $77. I called and said I never authorized this work, didnt want it. After talking to an Account Manager who tried to tell me its part of their program, they agreed to take it off my bill and note I did not want this bi-annual service. Net, be careful, watch your bills!

  This company burned all my plants with the spray they use and wont replace my plants. Very frustrating and disappointed in their customer service and unwilling to take ownership for their mistakes. We sent them pictures video of them spraying my plants on our ring and the manager is still denying they are solely responsible. Wish I could leave a zero star rating

  This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They came our June 29, 2023 to put in plugs. The plugs were never put in and they put dead sod in the front of my yard. Then, about 2 months later, I called to complain and the Manager that came back to look at the property told me that the plugs were never installed. So I paid $600 for work they didn't do at the time it was supposed to be done and they told me it was complete. They came out to finally put them in a few weeks ago an my yard still looks horrible. The Sales Manager, Curtis Phillips, that signed me up ignored my text messages and I had to call him from my work number to get him to answer. This company is a fraud and I recommend that anyone looking for yard repair stay away. They will take your money and not do the work.

  I have a no soliciting sign on my door. That did not stop the representative from pushing his sales platform. In trying to sell the company's lawn services, the representative changed the settings on my sprinkler system - without my consent. That was completely unprofessional and arrogant. If this is how they behave before they sign you as a client, I can't imagine what they would have the audacity to do when you become a customer. Next time, I'll call the police to remove them from my property.

  The reviews are accurate for Pest Bear. This company has gone down hill over the past two years. The customer service is below par. I added on a new service and they were suppose to come treat my sod. They didn't show up on Monday, rescheduled for Wednesday, didn't show up. I had a manager call me and were suppose to come out on Friday. Never showed up. I called and the representative state he came out and treated the lawn at 11:26 a.m. That was a lie. I told the manager that I have video to prove it. He asked me to send him the video. I just cancelled the service and signed on with another company. No one ever called me as promised.Don't use this company!

  I canceled this service back in January. They have been charging me ever since I canceled. The reason I canceled is because they promise to take care of any issues you have with pest control; however, I called them several times to report an issue with ants in my home. They would come out and treat my lawn but not the inside of my home where the problem was and told me that they would call and schedule a time to come in my home and never did. I wish I could leave less than a 0 rating.

  TOTALLY DISHONEST. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ashamedly have used them for almost 7 years, for pest, lawn and shrub care. My lawn and shrubs have looked progressively worse, despite many promises to improve the condition. Pest Bear also increased the frequency of their visits without my permission, which I noticed too late. Despite the increased so-called treatments, the lawn and shrubs continued to worsen. After requesting a manager to call and visit, one allegedly came out for inspection. The report showed absolutely nothing wrong with my yard, with all sections blank. Not even one note or statement was on the inspection sheet! I was also not contacted by the manager regarding my concerns. I called to fire the company, and the manager was “not available” to speak to me. I was informed that he would phone later, which of course never occurred. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. PEST BEAR IS DECEPTIVE, RAISES RATES FREQUENTLY WHILE NOT PERFORMING PROMISED SERVICES. (If allowed, I would give this company a zero star rating.)

  I used Pest Bear for my lawn, and after they came out my lawn was damaged and the weeds were thriving. It totally ruined the new sod, and weeds were popping up everywhere. They did nothing to correct the problem, and were going to send my bill to collections, so I paid the bill to avoid ruining my credit. This company is a RIP-OFF.
