  Pest bear came to our new neighborhood in ******** and destroyed our yard and the yards of at least five neighbors by using a chemical that killed our grass. We have spent so much money trying to revive it. The manager promised to come to our house and inspect the damage and never showed up. We are totally disappointed.

  All I can say is BEWARE!! Pest Bear likes to help themselves to your money but not provide any services. They are supposed to replenish rodent boxes but dont, the boxes were totally empty when they left! Supposed to clean cobwebs in the lanai and spray, lanai FULL of cobwebs and spiders! Supposed to fertilize lawn and shrubsworst lawn on the street. It appears pest bear likes to skimp and save on their supplies where ever they can. When I called and spoke to a manager, could not believe how rude he was and would not provide any remedy exceptif you dont pay, youll be taken to collections, well get our money one way or another. WOW is all I can say to their resolution to a customer! Needless to saythe free ride is over and we have found another company that seem honest.

  Run! Dont use their service! They messed up my grass! I called and told them that my yard had brown spots after service. I was told that a manager will come by to check it out. They never came. I then told them that I want to cancel my service. They told me that they would cancel the service and waive the fees (seeing that they messed up my lawn). Then I get a call from a collection agency! Worst experience ever! I got put on hold, hung up on, and cussed at while trying to resolve this.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PESTBEAR!!!! After using them for three years to keep my lawn weed free and green my yard is now burned and brown. I used to have cold green grass until about 2 months ago when my yard started browning. I called PestBear out to let them know (different tech every time) and they said it should green back up in no time. Had the field manager come out today and he said I have a fungus. Hold on your company treats my yard. Right? Also, my neighbors yard is green and the only area that is brown is where you treat the yard. At that point I let him have it. There has been other issues over time with the bug treatments as well that was put back on me. They do not take responsibility!!!

  I have done business with this company for 17 years and provided them with too many referrals to count . I had been having recurring issues and needed several retreats by the technician . I was also mis informed by the technician about what the root cause of the problem was . When i reached out to the manager ( Ortiz ) he hung up on me . I had decided to stop using them I later spoke to the GM who came out and was helpful and decided to give them another opportunity. When i called I was told they only had 1 service technician in St. Petersburg which is mind boggling. If I wanted a different one it would be double the cost . Something has changed with this company . If i treated my clients they and I would both be gone . Buyer Beware . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

  Terrible customer service. Had to reschedule a retreat, after THE ONE AND ONLY tech you have called out sick, okay fine, rescheduled. Then, 2.5 hours into the rescheduled retreat, I called to ensure tech was still coming. He said, yes, he'll be there by 3. 10 mins later, He called back and said he called the manager and was informed tech called out sick again. So, had I not called, would we have ever received notification, AT ALL. Again, for the second time, I had to reschedule MY work assignments to accommodate you guys, and you failed, TWICE. Why could not the manager come out and performed the retreat? Such poor customer service and communication and management of services. I am cancelling my treatment service with you. When we had ********, we never, not once had to ever call for a retreat at all. I am saddened that such a badly run company took over my acct. after Randall sold ********. I also think it's unfair that I should have to pay for the last "service" you "performed" due to the complete lack of effectiveness. Both "normal services" we've had done by you guys required me calling you back out a couple weeks later for retreat. Again, with ********, we never, not once had to have Randall come back out for a retreat. We're going with another, more professionally run pest control company, who actually cares about their clients. I see now why your reviews are awful. There was NOTHING helpful offered when I called. Good bye
