It is clear that they value me as a customer. *****, who is very knowledgeable and professional, came to my home and explained the best options within my budget. ****** ****** and Berto installed my shutters and were very friendly and efficient.I am very happy with my Bahama shutters! 5 starsEveryone at Home Safety Solutions was extremely professional, courteous, and kept me informed of all that I needed to know about the product, the ordering and payment process, installation, using the hurricane shutters, storing them properly and how to use all the hardware that is part of the system. They provided outstanding documentation of all that is needed including a spectacular laminated diagram with all the shutter positions and labels identified. I contacted Home Safety Solutions to get a quote for Hurricane Screens. A sales *** responded within a week. They had the exact screens I was looking for. I placed my order that day. I placed my order in June and was advised that due to demand my order could not be filled until September. This delay was understandable due to my late order. However, I was not that concerned due to the fact peak hurricane season is not until September. My order arrived on time and the installers arrived on 09/03. Upon arrival they went right to work and completed installation in about an hour. They took extra time to completely explain how to properly install my screens.The staff at Home Safety Solutions is personable and professional. They offer quality products at competitive prices. I highly recommend Home Safety Solutions for your hurricane protection.

Like all the other reviews - 5 stars. Very responsive, great product at a reasonable cost to accomplish the goal of protecting windows and obtaining insurance credits (wind mit). Super light and easy to handle compared to the normal shutter. The team was professional, on time, and friendly throughout the entire process!-*****Home Safety Solutions

Troy kept us in the loop about potential weather implications and Angel did not impose on us at all during the installation process. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 5 starsGreat pricing, great product, great staff -- everything about my new shutters & their installation was A-1. All my options were thoughtfully explained and I never felt pressured. Delivery was on time and installation was scheduled within a week. The installers were so friendly and courteous, and the work went much faster than I'd anticipated, yet they were careful and professional. 5 starsHome Safety Solutions just finished installing our hurricane panels and did a fantastic job. The installers were great. Very professional and outgoing. From start to finish, every one I have had to deal with has been top notch. Prices good too. Would highly recommend them to anyone. A very smooth process.
