5 starsWe had Home Safety Solutions install a combination of metal, accordion, and material screen hurricane protection on all our windows and doors in our two story home. Excellent experience with everyone that I interacted with, including during my visit to the showroom. Install was faster than I thought it would be and the crew was thorough and helpful (they are not subcontractors). Very happy with the end result. Home Safety Solutions did a fantastic job installing our hurricane screens. From the salesman to the office staff to the installers, everyone was helpful and answered all of our questions. The installation process was incredibly smooth. They even called to schedule installation over a month ahead of schedule! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family!

5 starsHome Safety Solutions did a great job in every aspect. The measurements were taken, products available were discussed and prompt follow up with pricing was provided. Once I completed the order, an estimated delivery date was provided. That date was not only met, it was actually early! The install process was seamless. The employees that came to my home to complete the installation were polite, efficient and very thorough in their clean up. I was shown how to use the shutters, and provided information on their website which has very helpful videos. I contacted this company after a neighbor showed us the installation and use of their shutters. They shared with us that the Pasco County Inspector actually commented on what a great job the company had done in installing their shutters. The County passed our install without a question. After doing a ton of research and reading dozens of positive reviews, we contracted with Home Safety Solutions in May to design and install a Nautilus hurricane-rated roll-down shutter to protect our home's front entryway. We figured if the product and service came even close to living up to all the accolades we had read, then we'd likely be satisfied. Well, Home Safety Solutions actually exceeded our expectations in every way, and we absolutely recommend the company to anyone looking for a first-rate product designed and installed by first-rate people. Communication was exceptional from start to finish. Every contact was friendly and professional. The sales and office staff, the owners, the installers were all unfailingly respectful and more than willing to answer questions and show off their work. Appointments were made and kept, every time. When the first install attempt went wonky because of a measurement problem, the crew returned a few days later with the problem solved and with a small but creative redesign to better fit our space and to give us more flexibility in utilizing the shutter. The county inspector, at the request of the office, came the next day and signed off on the permit. And a few days later the crew returned, post-inspection, to cover the s**** heads with matching panels that completed an attractive as well as highly functional system. Oh, that was Tuesday, with ****** roaring up ********* Gulf coast. Perfect timing! We slept well that night with our new hurricane-rated shutter protecting the entrance to our home. We scheduled an appointment with Home Safety Solutions to review available products to protect our windows during a hurricane. The sales person discussed each product and which product would best suit our needs. Once the windows were measured the product was ordered. We were provided an estimated date for arrival of the product. Once the product arrived the installation was scheduled and it went smoothly. Our product is lightweight, durable and provided at a reasonable cost. A satisfied neighbor referred Home Safety Solutions to us.Home Safety Solutions
