    We booked a yacht charter with this company for a miami bachelorette party which was cancelled by the company due to dangerous weather. Because the company cancelled on us, we were supposed to receive a full refund. Instead it has been 6 weeks and they have been evading communication and making excuses, without providing a refund and we are out thousands of dollars. ************************* submitted the full payment and we all submitted payment to her to cover the cost. She has not received the refund and thus, 14 other women have not received any funds for the refund. THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND A SCAM.

    As for your refund you have been already given a partial refund. We have had technical issue with our financial institution to solve why we have been sending and it has not been arriving.

    I am rejecting this response because: it has been almost 12 WEEKS since our cancelled charter. It should never take longer than 10 days to receive a FULL refund. It states in our contract that if YOU cancel our charter we will receive a full refund. So ultimately you are in breach of contract and have been giving us the run around with outlandish and unprofessional excuses along with lack of communication. We are expecting a FULL refund by the end of this week - no later than 4/26, or we will have to take legal action and will be sure to post many, many reviews warning folks to steer clear of your business if you do not provide the refund.
