    Owner of this company comes from a background of Scammers. ********** **** is a manipulative liar and con artist, born from a family of Venezuelan Money Launderers. Owes me $500 because I booked two weeks out, a small boat for a party.. all of a sudden he's persistent on getting the other $250 urgently from me to officialize the booking and something told me I shouldn't. He canceled on me less that 24 hrs after I paid the remaining $250... making all these BS excuses that his "Zelle limits" are full, one week became two, and still hasnt given me the rest of what he owes me. He comes off really nice, really charismatic but he unfortunately is the epitome of a miami con artist. Will dissappear the minute he owes anyone money. Please beware, and do not fall for his antics. DO NOT work with him on anything, including any business regarding ***, his fake company.

    Please refrain from engaging with this individual. I had booked a yacht back on July 4th, securing a "discount" after making a deal a month prior, which required a $1,000 deposit. However, I was later pressured to pay an additional $500, with the explanation that the correct amount was $1,500. Despite the apology, two weeks later, I was asked for another $1,000, with yet another change in the story.Since this individual was referred to me by a friend, I initially trusted him. Unfortunately, the plans fell through, and I requested a refund in line with their contract, which states that if I canceled before July 4th, I would receive my full deposit back. I requested the refund on May 30, 2024, and was told it would take 5-7 business days to process. As of August 12, I have yet to receive my funds. I've been given numerous excuses, and even received a fake wire confirmation to make me believe the funds were on their way, but they never arrived.This person has proven to be untrustworthy and unethical. Please do not do business with him.I will be pressing charges.

    There really needs to be a zero stars rating - this business is the definition of criminal at this point and needs to be reported on multiple channels. Please read through the reviews and you will see we aren't the only ones to be swindled by the owner, *****************************.Our girl group booked a wonderful yacht day for our bride-to-be back in FEBRUARY (correct - that was almost 5 months ago) - it ended up raining the day of our booking and MWC Charters decided to cancel our trip. Not us. Them. Per THEIR contract - they are to refund us the cost of the booking which was 2 grand. We're not talking chump change here this is an actual chunk of money and guess what - we still haven't got a refund.********** has provided empty promises for the last 4.5 months about refunding our money only to be met with various excuses (cash app not working, ***** mysteriously won't work, bank restrictions, etc.). The messages we have gotten from him are embarrassing to say the least and should probably be posted to show the competence level of the owner - it would be enough of a deterrent to not do business with this company and I am sure he knows that - which leads me to my next point.It is June 11th and our patience is gone - the girls have begun writing poor reviews on every platform for this company as of literally just today. ********** has now threatened to keep our money until the reviews are removed. So now the reason we haven't been refunded...over the last 4.5 months...is because of poor reviews for not getting our MONEY OVER THE LAST 4.5 MONTHS? ****************.Please go look at their ****** reviews and you will see there are many that have reported not getting a refund when a refund is due. This has to be reported on more channels.

    ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. We booked a yacht day for a bachelorette for February 2024. The company cancelled due to weather and it is now June 11, 2024 and we have not received ANY REFUND (which was stated in the contract THEY gave to us would be a 100% refund if this situation occured)!!!!! The owner is continuously feeding us lies and excuses not to pay us. He says he's "over his limit" in cashapp, venmo, you name it. He claims he's "calling banks" etc to fix things or wire money, yet they are taking on new bookings and earning money. We have not seen one cent. We hope we can save anyone who even considers them to STAY AWAY!!!! :(
