    Had American Hero Roofing put a metal roof on my house with solar tubes less than 5 years ago. - I have a 10 year warranty.. Well looks like Not only is the solar tube leaking which made my living room ceiling is falling down and my wood floors are pealing up...Now the roofing companies (s) are telling me my roof won't last another 4 years because of all the rust that has already accumulated on it, since it was not put on correctly a little more then 4 years ago.. I have pictures and contract for 10 year warranty from American Hero Construction. Is there anything i can do to get my money back or make them have it fixed? As i am being told that have to put on a WHOLE NEW METAL ROOF and I am about to retire that is why i thought i borrowed the money from my 401K to have my supposedly "Last" roof put on less then 5 years ago..

    Hero installed a new roof last April. Weeks after the promised date. Shingles sat on the roof for 2 weeks. They finally came and tore off the old roof and left for 2 days. It rained buckets. Water came in and stained spots in every room. They used the old roof vents and left the new ones off. They tore pool cage screens and bent gutters. We had to go home to Michigan. We sent them the check from the insurance and they said they would send us a check for $799.26 that was for something else. They never did. We tried calling hundreds of times. They were also going to send a $5,000 check to cover damages. They never did. When we got to Florida this winter, Evan from Hero came out and took pictures of the water damage and other damages. Promised to have painters come and fix things. They never followed through. We have tried calling many many times, but they won't return our calls. We even sent them registered letters trying to get things fixed. They will not reply.

    I have sign an agreement to fix my roof with the American Hero Construction back in December 31, 2021 with the project manager Evan A**********. I paid the amount of $5316.89 for materials(they already cash the check), and now the company is ignoring all my calls and messages without letting me me know what is happening.
