      I have been getting multiple calls from this company for a few months now and am requesting a cease and desist. I do not have accounts with nor owe anything to them for which they are seeking payment. I am asking for the contact to stop immediately. I have mailed and emailed them a cease and desist and they keep calling and harassing my ex-wife calling her as well as they assured me that they would not call her and remove her number and they are still calling her. Under the provision of Public law 95-109 and 99-361, known collectively as the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) I formally notify you to cease all communications with me in regards to this debt or any other debts that you allege I owe. I demand that they cease contact with me and anyone associate with me or I will take legal action.

      This company is attempting to collect a debt that is NOT mine. I did NOT establish service with their customer. I reached out requesting validity of the debt to which they provided a bill in my son's name. This account is his yet they are attempting to collect from me. They have recently placed this collection on my credit report which I have requested a cease and desist per Colorado Law.

      This company has wrongly placed a collection notification against my credit report. I submitted a response to their collection request to which the provided documents supporting my claim of wrongfully requesting demand for payment. The documents provided to them from Comcast listed the account holder’s name which wasn’t mine. I request they immediately remove the collection from my report. I am receptive to assist in making payment; however, the charges must reflect the actual disconnect date of Feb 28 and not mid March. The company reached out once and has failed to rectify anything.

      Valor is trying to collect from me on a Verizon bill and they are calling my minor child because the number is associated with me.
