      Returned 2 seat bases 2 weeks ago on USPS Tracking number **** **** **** **** **** *** The returned seat bases have arrived at the business location and a track number was provided to the company. I have been trying to get a refund for a week. The company will not issue a refund even though they have received the returned good. Company does not respond to my emails. Order number is ********

      your complaint is total BS. I spoke to you on the phone and I emailed you several times explaining we have a refund policy and since you didnt follow it there would be a delay in processing your return.       On 10/16/2022 made a online purchase for one (1) charging port with on/off switch. Cost of said item is $ 39.84 On 10/18/2022 payment was confirmed. 10/21/2022 item was being processed and a packing slip was being processed according to the website. Order # 8035805 has not been shipped despite multiple phone inquires. Now, unable to make contact with any representative for phone continues to “ring”.

      ********* *****, Rear x 2 for subtotal $59.98 + shipping of $13.50 + tax $4.20 = total $ $77.68
      I made several attempt to get an update on my order. I spoke with someone on November 29th and was told that someone would get back to me. No call back. I kept checking the site it states they have product in stock, still no ship out. Called again December 1st, spoke to a John, he states that he has to check with his distributer and that he was going to call me back in 15 min. No call. Called again December 15 this time it goes to a Google VM system, I left a message for call back on the status of the order. No call. Now Christmas and Birthday is ruined as that was the gift for them. Called December 27th, left another message. Still no call. Called January 32023, left another message still no call. At this point they have my $ 77.68 of my hard earned money. I put in a dispute with my bank for the refund. Awaiting a determination.

      Purchased parts from company and was sent wrong parts. Made Several calls to try to resolve. Made contact with and was advised they would send out the correct parts. Sent back wrong parts and they were received 10/6/2022 at their front desk. Confirmed with post office and then confirmed when contact was finally made. A month later and still no parts and unable to make contact. Try several days and continue to get the same message from that the subscriber is unavailable. I call during business hours and still get the same response.
