      Will not email me back or give me a refund. When I disputed the money through cash app they told them that all requirements were met. Which were not, they said item was in stock but when i ordered it 5days later i get an email that says item is on back order.i just want my money back this was supposed to be a gift to my nephewnow it just has been a hassle to get my 568$ back for two weeks now. I am also disabled so this is very hard for me.

      I am not convinced that this is even a legitimate business. I submitted my order online. Did not receive an email that my item had shipped after 2 weeks. The item was stated in stock at time of order. I needed to call them several times until someone finally answered. They gave me some bs about a server been down and not receiving my order though they did charge me $163 for my parts. They apologized and said they would send my order overnight. Here we are a week later and still no parts and no one is answering my calls or returning any of my messages. This business is either a total scam or the people that run it are useless. Do not purchase anything from Bladesz scooter superstore. You have been warned!!

      There was a tracking number that was sent, this is true. However the package was never shipped. If you would answer your phone or respond to you e-mails maybe we could remedy this issue.

      I ordered a power board from them back in November of last year. Order #*******. At first they needed numbers off the part to know which one to get. After several searches and attempts, I sent them photos of what the part looks like in email. It's now almost February, and I have yet to get a response form them about my order. At this point I have sent email asking for an update or a refund and not gotten a response on either. their phone number is also never picked up on when called. Now I just want a refund for my $120.34 or a guarantee that said part will be sent exactly when they say it will.
