Job that I already paid for has not been completed. Any time I reach out or try to contact someone they say they cant do anything for me and that a manger will call me back. No one ever calls me back.Business Response

I had an issue with overhead light and one plug receptacle not working in my laundry room. There was no circuit breaker tripped just no power . Company sent out unqualified tech , problem recurred, had to call next day , same tech could not fix issue. Said would take major work to fix on third visit . On third day new tech shows up and fixes issue in minutes. They sent me new bill for ******* with discription of work and materials needed and full days project.. I already paid on first day, ******. Have reciept shows zero balance . Being billed again for work not preformed . Problems still exist in circuit .Business Response

Our initial visit was for diagnosis and repair. The second visit involved rewiring, and at that time, you opted to defer payment pending a discussion with management. Following your conversation with our management, a warranty service call (the third visit) was scheduled. However, during this visit, you declined to allow our technician to examine the reported issue.

The information Frank Gay gave you is incorrect. On 5/5/25 tech came out and had issues figuring out issue . He left problem repapered. Same tech came back 5/6/25 , couldn’t figure out issue. He left estimate on invoice. That displayed work on invoice showing 1282.00 bill was never done . That was his idea on what it would take to fix issue. On next day , 3rd visit new tech was sent out and he fixed issue in 15 min . Replaced 2 receptacles . I paid 575.00 on first day .Customer Answer

Per our records, our technicians rendered services on the following dates:
May 5, 2025 (Job #1318939222): A service call for which we received payment of $577.00.
May 6, 2025 (Job #1319244584): A follow-up diagnostic service.
May 8, 2025 (Job #1319459893): An electrical installation service was performed, resulting in an invoice of $1,262.00. This amount remains due and outstanding.
Furthermore, our records indicate a subsequent warranty-related service appointment was scheduled for June 3, 2025 (Job #1329894190) to address your reported concerns. During this visit, our technician was reportedly denied the opportunity to inspect the installation and verify the operational status of the equipment.
Our service agreement requires that our technicians be permitted to inspect and diagnose any reported issues. As we were unable to validate your claim, we cannot proceed with waiving of fees at this time.

Frank Gay installed a water heater at our residence but has not closed out the County permit to have it inspected. We are now trying to sell our home and can't do so because Frank Gay will not close out the permit. The work has been paid for.Business Response

On 3/14 I paid Frank Gay a portion of a repair that would take place the following day. That repair never occurred and future communication with Frank Gay indicated I had signed a contract which I was never saw till my financial institution sent it to me. I thought I was signing a receipt, it turns out I had unwittingly signed a contract. The amount non-refundable! I never asked for and was never told I was accepting a family plan. We hired this company to install a new air conditioning system with 2-day installation, but the entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and filled with broken promises. The technicians were scheduled to arrive in the morning, but they didnt show up until 11:30 AMalready significantly late. Even after arriving, they did not begin work until 12:30 PM and then left by 3:30 PM. One of the biggest issues has been the complete lack of communication and coordination. The workers were confused and had no idea what needed to be done. They did not bring the correct materials necessary to complete the installation within the promised timeframe. There was obvious confusion among the crew, and at one point, they attempted to install a different system than the one we originally agreed to in our contract. We specifically agreed to have a Trane air conditioning unit installed, but instead, they installed a Carrier unit without discussing or gaining our approval for the change. We were also promised a portable AC unit would be provided to keep us comfortable during the installation processbut that unit never arrived, and no explanation was given. This has left us in an unbearable situation, especially during hot weather. As of tonight, over 24 hours after the job was supposed to be completed, we still have no working AC system. We called the company this evening to request a call from a manager and the original salesperson who helped us with our order. Unfortunately, no one has returned our call, and were sitting here at 9 PM with no air conditioning, no updates, and no idea whenor ifthis will be resolved. This level of disorganization and customer disregard is unacceptable. We expect this to be resolved immediately, including completion of the correct system installation and compensation for the delays and lack of communication. We also expect compensation for necessary window units purchased due to portable unit not provided yet promised by sales team.Business Response

Signed contract to re-plumb entire house. Financed with ************** for $13,000. In December 2024. Found out today that ****** *****/contractor with Frank Gay put a lien on our house. He is not responding to attempts from out title company as to why there is a lien on our home.Business Response

I called Frank Gay services in January to service my air conditioning as it was making a weird noise from the compressor outside. The unit was working well and functioning appropriately but the noise was concerning. My house would cool to the temperature set by the thermostat despite the scorching Florida temperatures outside. I called in January as the concern for a cold front coming in and the up coming hot summer. The technician advised me I would need a new ac/heat unit as the fan on the condenser was broke. He was unable to repair the unit. So I chose a new ac unit for $18000. I upgraded the filter so I could keep down the allergens as my daughter is allergic. They installed the unit a few days later and said it was working appropriately. This marks the first problem. The cold front came in and the unit was not blowing heat in the house. I called and they came out and said the dampers were not working. Mind you they were prior to the install of the new unit. After several hours, they told me we will just prop open the dampers until you can replace them. They left.again the unit wasnt working. No heat. They came out again to fix the dampers. Advised me again I shouldnt have any problems. So February, March, April pass and the weather was mild, not too hot or cold. Now the end of May, its very hot and the unit is again not working. I called to have someone out, again to see why the 18k unit isnt doing what its supposed to. The technician said you would be lucky if the unit cools your house lower than 80 degrees on a hot day. WHAT????? This is unacceptable. I have spent thousands to have a unit work and thats the response??? I didnt buy a swamp cooler. I need resolution. Get someone out here to fix the unit so it cools to the temperature I set the thermostat at. UnbelievableCustomer Answer

I called FGS on a ***ipe. sales guy had price with discounts if I purchased the service agreement. they could be at my house the next day after his supervisor authorized. they have permit connections. YES I signed agreed to the discount, quick service, free shower faucet brand name fixtures, water softener. The total price ended up being around $****** and I had to pay $249 no financing. I did. I signed the papers on a tablet and the work was done! I asked for the receipts and he said it would be emailed to me right after I signed. IT WAS ****** half came home and asked me to cancel. I called the *** and he said no way without losing money because he had already ordered everything. I agreed and the work began within 2 days. STILL NO RECEIPTS!!! The workers were knowledgeable and worked hard. Unfortunately one of the guys broke a $120 ****** need reimbursed. I was told no problem he would get with his office but they were having management issues people got fired. The nightmare begins:1) I texted complained many times to my sales **************** for help. They talk to their bosses. I started calling weekly their office. *** would NEVER let me talk directly to a supervisor. I spoke to a few!2) I was notified that the permit was not done in a timely manner I even checked the appraiser website for my home and nothing was there, but the work was finished. I eventually got an email about signing a paper for Nortorization through a 3rd party. I tried 3x but the connection never went through or Idisconnected. I called the office since I still have holes all over my home with no drywall guys calling. Still NO callback or an email or the promised receipts.3) my total was ****** from 5/15 invoices they finally sent but charged me $11,444 4/4 charged 4) finally emailed me back blamed me for the whole delay and told me I cant get a refund and even if she did I would lose the 10% discount. After all this I was expecting an apology and to get that $249 service reimbursed.Business Response

We acknowledge your statement regarding the initial receipt of the invoice. Our records indicate that there was an error with the email address initially entered by the **************** Representative, which prevented the invoice from being sent promptly. This has since been rectified, and all relevant documentation should now be in your possession.
Regarding the permit and subsequent drywall repair, we want to emphasize the necessity of a signed Notice of Commencement (NOC). As we have communicated previously, we require a signed *** to finalize the permit with the county and schedule the necessary inspections. Once the inspection is successfully completed, we can then proceed with the drywall restoration.
We understand your frustration with the delay. However, we are unable to move forward with the final stages of the project, specifically the permit finalization and inspection, until we receive a signed copy of the Notice of Commencement. This can be done electronically through the link we provided or by submitting the original signed document.
Please provide the signed NOC at your earliest convenience so that we can finalize the permit and schedule the remaining work.Attached is the signed Estimate for the correct amount $11,443.55

Originally made order for service on 2/11/25 for air conditioning maintenance service in the amount of $190. Service was not scheduled till 5/12 25. Technician came and essentially proceeded to do nothing except pour 1 gallon of water down the drain pipe after installing the air filter incorrectly. I declined the service and he left assuring me that a full refund would be issued within approximately 7 days. I called their office at that time and they confirmed the refund request. I have contacted them and they refuse to refund my money saying it was more than 30 days, citing an invoice that I never received except one they sent me during our conversation. I declined their offer of only refunding me $100 and requested my full refund, which they declined. They tell me that I agreed to the terms when I originally contacted them on 2/11 which I had no clue since I never received an invoice or anything other than them charging my bank. Technician came out to assess our less than 3 yr old AC unit and met with my tenants. Per my tenants, the Technician was only there for about 30 minutes and said that it would cost $4100 to repair. I got a second qoute the same day and the only issue was the coils had froze up and just needed to be cleaned. Only cost me $400 for the company to come out and maintenance the unit which resolved the issues. This is a predatory company which will try to scam you into paying more for things you don't need, which is quite sad considering most people are barely getting by these days.Business Response
