      **** F Great experience. Called and received an appointment later the same day(2 options were given as to time).The technician 1st texted an ETA ,then called a few minutes out .Tech was courteous introduced himself. After inspection of the problem he quoted a fair price for the repair. The repair was rather complicated, however it was completed promptly. A few additional minor faucet problem were also dealt with. This is the 2nd time using Frank Gay and would again if needed.

      Michael ***** from Frank Gay Services did an excellent job fixing my leaking drain. He was able to just tighten up a loose incinerator and fixed the leak. Just a minimum charge. Very honest and on-time. Thank you.

      Willie **** inspected our property today and did a thorough inspection of our electrical systems. Very professional and informative. Willie had suggestions that we will explore and was never pushy about it.

      HOMEOWNERS BEWARE! After several continuous leak notices on our water bill, a licensed and certified technician from Frank Gay Services quoted a whole house piping repair for upwards of $14,000. Since we don't have that kind of money, and on the advice of a friend, we contacted Sleuth Leak Detection (which we now regret not doing in the first place) who, for a fee, quickly determined it was an underground irrigation pipe leak which we had repaired by an irrigation company for $250. After multiple phone calls, a written letter and numerous emails to Frank Gay Services, their customer service expert literally blew us off by suggesting it was simply a misdiagnosis by their technician, but could neither explain nor justify how their technician arrived at such an outrageous estimate with no hard evidence. Ask yourself, $14,000 vs. $250? You can draw your own conclusion.

      This company DOES NOT want you talking to anyone other than their call center when the job is finished. No matter what problem you have from the install or afterwards, good luck trying to get a resolution.
      The electrician that did our job left the hold in the roof where the conduit comes out unsealed. It's wide open and we've already seen bugs fly in and out. We were having lines run for a hot tub delivery, and a part called a "whip" wasn't left for us.
      The call center said that they can only send messages to the office and someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. They go on to explain that is only 8 hours per day and it could be up to 6 days before someone calls me back. What sort of business model is that? Who is actually going to wait that long to have an issue resolved?
      One manager I finally spoke to said the whip should have been left at our site, and the hole should have been filled in.
      When we went to do laundry a couple of days after the work was done, we noticed two huge dents on our dryer. He either stood on the machine or propped his ladder on it. He didn't even have the courtesy to give us a heads-up before he left. He finished the job and left, probably hoping we wouldn't notice.
      Now, no one wants to speak with me other than the call center agents. Good luck if you decide to hire this company.

      ***** came out to fix a valve leak that the city notified me of. He was here within 2 hours, fixed the problem, recommended other issues to be addressed for maintenance, and was kind and professional. He turned a bad situation into a good one with his demeanor and professionalism and I will continue to use Frank Gay Services as a result.
