      Great job. Got the appointment fast. ****** was honest and didnt try to upscale me on something I did not need.

      ***** came out to fix a valve leak that the city notified me of. He was here within 2 hours, fixed the problem, recommended other issues to be addressed for maintenance, and was kind and professional. He turned a bad situation into a good one with his demeanor and professionalism and I will continue to use Frank Gay Services as a result.

      Tech came out diagnosed the issue and was able to get me a brand new unit installed the same day. They were very professional from the beginning and were quick with the install.

      I had minor problem, which i tried to call several places to come out to help me with the problem with the house plumbing. My asked me to find new person and Mr. ***** from *********************** They were on time and very professional. So if you would quick and speedy service, call Mr. *********************** Again thank you for the speedy services.

      They came out to do work on my electrical issues they suppably found the issue but did not get it completed on fixing when I called about it the call service had my on hold for over 15 mins and was ****.after 2 days of waiting for the repair the tex did not want to do it and spoke very ruddly to my wife then when my wife called me I spoke to the tech he did finally fix it through he did not clean up his mess.they then tryed to offer me $100 off a$3300 bill if I would change my complaint to give them a good review.the big problem is I had to supply them with outlets / light switches and cover plates that they was supposed to have to do the job witch was in the contract for them to do and they tried to get out of doing this company will be real nice to you and upsale you to get the job then if you have paid them in full they will try to get out of any of the work they can and there customer service will not work with you to resolve any issues you have with the work performed

      Henry ******* was dispatched to our home on 6/20/25. We had lights flickering and unable to use appliances without our lights turning off. We explained this to Henry when he arrived and he advised it could be a couple of things including an issue with Duke's electrical box. He checked that and came back that everything was fine on that end. He looked over our electrical boxes and advised that was the issue so we needed to replace both boxes. We paid for the replacement and the next day when they new boxes were installed we were still having the same issue. I spoke with the electricians on site and they advised it could be our Duke box. After calling Duke they confirmed the issue was their box. It's unprofessional and a scam from Henry to state the issue was our electrical boxes. If he couldn't properly check Duke's electrical box he should have said so instead of misleading us into spending thousands to replace our electrical boxes.
