      Today I had service provided by ***** ****** from Frank Gay Plumbing. I was extremely impressed with ***** ******, he was very respectful, explain everything in detail and the most impressive was he determined to finish the job under bad weather. He was never in a rush and took his time to make sure everything was working properly. Thanks *****!! Great job

      Ive been a member of Frank Gay Services' maintenance program for about a year, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently frustrating. From poor communication to misleading pricing and a general lack of accountability, this company has been a major disappointment.Most recently, I scheduled a maintenance appointment over a week in advance for June 7 at 8:00 AM. Prior to booking, I confirmedtwicethat I still had one of my included maintenance services remaining under my membership and was told clearly that there would be no charge for the visit.However, just nine hours before my appointment, at 11:30 PM, I received a text saying it had been rescheduledwithout explanationto over a month later, on July 14. I immediately called their supposedly 24-hour office, only to be told someone would call me back urgently. That never happened. Instead, I got a text at 7:00 AM stating it was due to technician availability.When I followed up again, I was told that not only had my appointment been booked incorrectly, but that my membership had expired the day before. I was then told that if the technician had shown up, I wouldve been expected to pay to renew my membershipdespite being told otherwise during booking. When I asked how they intended to make this right, their "accommodation" was to honor the original maintenance service (as they should have in the first place) but still delay it for more than a month.This is just one example of many issues Ive experienced with Frank Gay Services. Ive never had an appointment go smoothly without me having to follow up multiple times, and even then, the solutions provided are rarely ************* my honest opinion, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for home services. This company has proven to be unreliable, overpriced, and extremely difficult to deal with.

      So far my experience has been very positive with frank gay. When the work is completed if its as good as the initial consultation theyll get 5 stars.
