Very professional plumber and got the leak in the kitchen fixed in no time!
Cooper is a wonderful, courteous and knowledgeable technician. Very honest and forthright. He went out of his way to help me regarding the outside water valve, hot water heater, and air conditioner suggestions. Purchased the family plan for future discounts.
I will be using them for other services, electrical and air conditioning, as well as my bathrooms.

Sandra e I had a small leak in my vanity basin phoned frank gay they promptly sent a gentleman to look at it he said it was now out of date and I would have to go to **** ***** and purchase two new water pipes ect. And he would come and fit them he then went to his van and said 860$ would take care of it he gave me the impression that I would spend about 600$ at **** ***** 260$ for a minimum of at least 2-3 hours work at **** ***** the charge for the items was 160$ he came and did the fitting in 20 minutes I said that the work done was excessive he went back to the van came back and said the company had agreed for 200$ discount so the price for the job was 460$ I have emailed frank gay several times but they have not had the decently to reply Be very careful if dealing with this co.Frank Gay Services, LLC

Melvin was great, came on time, and worked hard throughout the day-long process, day one of two, for drywall repair after other Frank Gay plumbers replumbed the house with PEX. Of course, this left my house looking like swiss cheese for weeks. So, it was nice to have Melvin here to get this house back to a more typical state. We still need to sand and retexture the plaster, but, it needs to dry for now. It has been typical for Frank Gay to take several days to get back to me (even with me calling them) to set up that appointment. But, Melvin's work is/was fantastic! As per the normal, the Technicians, Plumbers, and Plasterers have all been wonderful, a joy to have in our home. They are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable - every time. However, you will have to keep on top of the management, they tend to blame and shame their office and operations staff, but, I only ever had great experiences with the people who are doing the work. If the managers say they will call you back, they usually do not, so you will have to keep calling them. But, all, I mean ALL of the workers (like Melvin) have always kept their word, not only to call back but, on many other issues and occasions. Really the only issue I have is with the managers, but, the reason keep on using or going back to Frank Gay is the workers! They are the best! Thank you Melvin!!!Frank Gay Services, LLC

Randhal did a fantastic job on my 2 new panel installations, rewiring my bedroom and installing new kitchen light fixture. Everything went smooth, it looks great and left work areas spotless. If anyone is having any work done and he is is available I'd recommend requesting Randhal.
All the people I worked with at Frank Gay were professional. They answered all my questions even when they were probably obvious. I'm definitely using them again.Frank Gay Services, LLC
