    On 11/15/2024 I paid for a bday party of 11 at this venue. I was charged $399.00 for a bday package that included my own bday **** party room with tv, ************* pizza, pitchers of beverages and ice cream bars. All aspects of service were delayed, Not delivered on time even after I was repeatedly going to the counter to find help and the venue was way below occupancy. The wifi was blocked, the party room TV was broken & the party room music kept turning off automatically. I have called and emailed the business 3 times to discuss the poor service NO RESPONSE as of yet. I have screen shots of my email to the business outlining all aspects of missed service that I can upload for BBB review.

    I wanted to book a party. Spoke with the ** through WhatsApp and was told the package offered is not what is really offered and hasnt been updated online. I sent an image of the brochure which was the exact same as online and was told it was incorrect. *******, the **, continuously tried to upsell me instead of trying to give me the package advertised and was extremely rude. They are false advertising and focused on upselling instead of providing good customer service and honoring what they advertise.

    We want to first extend our gratitude and express how happy we are to have an opportunity to host a party for you and your family. It would be a great privilege to have your family and friends here.

    There seems to be a little confusion about the birthday package, and its our job to make sure you and every customer understand everything. You have chosen the $349 Super Party Birthday Package which account for total of 2 hours in our facility. So for a better understanding of this let me break it down in detail. For example, party time is set for 3pm. We recommend the entire party to be here at the facility and process for check in at 2:30pm. (thats 30mins approx for check in) After Check in (approx 3pm) we advise all of the kids, everyone in the package to go inside the inflatable concept park, where all the kids and the paid parents to enjoy thier LIve Show.  which last apprx 45 - 50 mins. ( 3:00pm - 3:50 pm)  After the Live experience we instruct all the kids and the parents to use the next ***** mins for a bathroom beak or water break and to get ready to enter the party room (10mins apprx) its now apprx 4pm. and the party room time with the package selected will last approx 45 mins.  After Party room activities, like ********* , Drinks and ice cream, sing and open gifts. Now its approx 5pm. So Approx time frame in our facility is approx 2.5 hours, in the brochure it states 2 hours, thats becuase doesnt take in account the 30 mins we ask u to be here early to process everyone (checkin).
