      Their bartender stole 5-$600.00 worth of expensive makeup, perfumes and beauty supplies from my bathroom during my daughter's wedding. She was seen walking in my home with a large black tote bag by multiple sources. The company said they would ask her about it as if she would admit to theft! Do not use this company EVER!

      I can't even give a single star because they never showed up. We dealt with the Jacksonville location run by Chris. Apparently it's his business manor to book venues and accept.money but never show up to provide the services purchased. The only communication given was a text message just hours before the wedding to a spam folder. It's obvious that professionalism is not part of their service nore.is common courtesy. I will never recommend this business to anyone. No response from.owners or refunds to date.

      This is one of the most unprofessional and dishonest businesses I have ever encountered. The bartenders were unable to make a gin and tonic. I wish I was joking. When guests asked for Miller lite the bartender asked “what kind” and multiple guests were handed a random beer when asking for a high noon. I don’t know how it was possible to know less about bartending than the bartenders we paid for. I spent my night teaching them how to make simple drinks instead of enjoying my night. You would think an apology and refund would be issued immediately after such horrific service, however after Dylan told me multiple times he is processing a 100% refund has now completely stopped responding. I called his business partner, Chris, who said he would take care of it but it turns out is just giving us the same treatment. Do not use this company unless you are interested in going to small claims court for a refund after they lie cheat and scam their customers.
