    The customer shipped two phones to our ************* was a device we shipped to him which we did refund successfully. The other device in the package was not our device (we are able to check and confirm through the ***** to each device). Since the second device was not the one we shipped the customer we did proceed with shipping it back to him.

    We are not able to refund any devices that are not purchased and shipped from us directly.

    The total for this specific order was $798.00 (not $1600). We were able to successfully refund the device we received back that was purchased from us. In the previous reply we had provided the tracking number showing we shipped back a second device that was not purchased from us.

    I have attached the refund confirmation for this order showing the original purchase amount and the refunded amount for the returned phone.

    I believe there may be some confusion, we do not have ***** pick up packages from customers, nor do we require photos to be sent to us before an item is shipped to us. I also checked and was able to confirm that we did not receive an email with photos of the return before being shipped to us. Also, the customer mentions a transaction in the amount of $1600, but this order was originally for $798.00 and a refund for the one device that was returned to us was processed (we provided proof of the refund in the previous reply).

    I have attached an invoice which reflects the total for the order being $798.00, also, in the original complaint the amount listed in the complaint is $800.

    If we receive the second device back that we shipped the customer, we will be able to refund it as well as we previously advised. If we do not receive the second device we shipped the customer we will not be able to issue a refund for it.

    I hope this helps clarify a little more as to what happened with this refund, and the correct transaction amounts.

    I need to return a phone I purchased that is not compatible with my wireless carries. I have sent numerous emails & left numerous phone messages to no avail. I keep getting told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response. I have been waiting since August 05, 2022 for someone to contact me about getting a return label & authorization. When calling this company, I am transferred to a department & told to leave a message. I have done so numerous times. I just want to return this phone as it is a $600.00 paper weight. Please help.

    I bought this Cricket Cell it said it was very compatible with Cricket. I paid $139.98 and would just want my money back. They don't have a phone number to call only by message which whoever works for them didn't even read my messages correctly I was asking for my money back or a phone that's compatible if not my money back and they sent a link for my orders shipment which I already have the phone I asked other questions but they never respond back. All I want now is my money back

    The customer requested a return on our online phone store back on August 10th. The return request was authorized on August 11th. Upon Authorization we have sent the customer an email advising that the request was authorized along with the return instructions.

    We have also replied to the customers email and we have provided them with their Return ID and the return address. Once we receive the phone we will be able to process he return.

    I contacted them July 30th so what they are saying is not correct I don't know know who You believe but please know I'm a Nun my religious name is Sister **************** will no lie or say something that's untrue. All I want is my full refund back plus shipping as I personally sent it with my money when I already paid shipping. If You could just give me the full refund then I would be satisfied and the shipping. I will show documentation that the contact was addressed before August ********* begged for a RA number so I could return it.

    Hi I ordered a cell phone from Quality One they said they had Cricket Cell Phones so I bought for my Elderly Father in case He gets lost. I went to connect His phone right away and Cricket refused to put the cell phone on saying that the phone was not a cricket phone. I tried to contact Quality One and got no response for a whole week so I contacted Quality one secretary and they said just take it back to a Cricket Store I drove close and far to 10 cricket stores when gas prices were soaring really high all stores refused to take it back saying it wasn't a cricket phone I bought it with the intention it was a Cricket phone. I tried to contact Quality One by phone and messaging they never responded to me until just last week. I have been calling daily since July 30th with the Secretary hanging up on me and making racial remarks about Black People. I left messages for the Return Team the Corporate, All the Departments and got no response back from none of them. The Secretary kept laughing at me telling me "Good Luck Getting Someone". It has been over a month since I have begged someone to respond back or give me a RA number which is all I wanted was to just return the product and just get a refund, I finally paid for shipping out of my own pocket of 12 dollars today for shipping it after I already paid for shipping now the company is trying to give me less back other than more because I had to pay out of my own pocket. I want my $198.99 back plus 12 dollars for shipping please? I don't want less because I didn't pay less everything is all still Brand New I dont know why this company is trying to cheat me. I have made a complaint before through BBB and they told them they had until the 31st to respond back to BBB I don't know what happened to this case I can't remember the number but my name is ************************ my phone number is **************. Please help me get my money back

    I ordered a Motorola Stylus 5g on July 9th 2022 for 458.00 dollars. The specs for the phone were advertised as 256 gigabytes of storage and 6 gigabytes of ram. I received a lower grade model of this phone and it has 128 gigs of storage and 4 gigs of ram. I looked at the price for the lower grade model and it is around 200 to 250 dollars roughly.

    I sent 3 or 4 messages to the organization. They have no phone number to call only a form for returns. I never activated the phone with my service and have been waiting for interaction with a company rep so I can mail it back to them and get a refund. It is July 28th 2022 and I'm yet to receive any response at all from the company.

    My order number is # ****** with Quality One Wireless LLC. The tracking number with ****** was # ************. I just want a return. I've never had 450 dollars tied up in an order that was the wrong product. It's pretty frustrating because I'm stuck with my old phone freezing up and I needed a phone pronto 3 weeks ago. I paid for faster shipping too which is also pretty irritating.
