    I logged into my assurance wireless account and purchased 2 phones from website on May 18th 2025 I paid for express shipping of 3 to 5 business days I never received phones the tracking link says prospering I asked for a refund 2 weeks ago I received email finally after several messages and. Calls that said the refund was approved June 5th and I ***** have not received refund when I call costumer servise they sau they escalate the call jut they never have record of my previous calls and it's just the run around

    Quality 1 Wireless is horrible. **************** is the worst.They sent me a ******* Galaxy A03s, I paid $90 (same phone is $75 on Amazon)While switching phone the battery ran from 76% to 23% in 40 minutes.The reason I chose the Galaxy A03s was due to its extended battery.I spoke with a q1 **** connected thru Assurance Wireless. She told me to put the phone in the envelope I received the phone in, and write "return to sender" I told her I'd need a tracking number. (My confidence in q1 was not great) The customer service *** hung up on ****** are given 7 days to return. I called many many MANY times. The number is never picked up. I left detailed msgs each time. No return phone call, or ******** password word says incorrect (strange ****** saves all passwords perfectly but Q1 Wireless.)I've requested an email with a link to change my password 7 times. Not one response.They received the phone 3/7/25 at 12:10 pm signed for by *. ********.They now have my money and the phone. They will not contact me after many ******** not use quality 1 wireless.Absolutely the worst phone supplier.This is a scam.

    Dec. 31, 2024 I purchased a new ******* Galaxy A15 5G cell, and on Feb. 20, 25, I attempted to activate the phone with Assurance Wireless but unable to due being locked. I was advised by ********* to call the company to resolve this issue. have sent 3 emails and left 4 voice messages, with the most recent message as of yesterday at 1:37 PM, and NO response as of 13 days. I received 02-20-25 via email, #******. I am on a "below poverty" income and I can't afford to waste $205.99 My order #ASW_74127 via credit card payment. This IS "poor" customer service and unacceptable. The company IS a fraud. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!

    Phone failed in a month and a half. Multiple phone calls, messages left, requested Return online, it says I did it. Mbut I get no return label or an email.Worst company to deal with. Ever. Going to make a BBB complaint.

    I was referred to quality one to upgrade my phone by Assurance wireless so I can do the gig work I do, because their phone I received (4) of them are not compatible with doordash or my bank cards. So I've been out of work for a month now due to assurances neglect then quality one, who's website has me going around and around with affirm lender I paid with debit card $125 then I had to purchase virtual card another $125. Can't even get back into my ******* purchase phone I need. I HAVE NO MORE $ They stole my money. I need money to buy phone to work to make money...I can't believe quality one just took $250 from me. I've been emailing texting and calling no response......this phone I'm on now doesn't work right , It's taken me half hour to write This SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!!

    This service by cricket and Quality One Wireless LLC have been one of the worst service experiences Ive had and I am very disappointed with this company for not providing quality service. I will never in my life use this company nor would I recommend it to anyone. For 5 days trying not a single person has answered my calls and waited over half hour on the line for nothing.i want my refund and still have not received it.this company is terrible and they are a bunch of thieves with false information .fyi they get no star from me
