      I have so may things to say about this place and I wish someone does read these reviews as this place needs to be closed down. My Son and his wife relocated from Massachusetts here in Florida and needed a day care for my grandkids. First, we had to disenroll my 5 yr old granddaughter as she was severely affected and we didn't know why she wouldn't want to go. She would be crying the entire weekend begging us not to take her there. Now we still have our 12 month old, that was transitioned to the toddler room because it is their protocol but he doesn't walk yet. So he was bitten 4 times and the response from the teacher was: "there is nothing we can do , as they are babies and they bite" . Really ?? where is the Supervision ? I can understand that could happen but 4 TIMES ????? I went to pick up my grandson in 2 occasions he was left out on a corner by himself crying NON STOP and why ?? because he doesn't walk and they told me they are only 3 for all the kids and cant be carrying him. My grandson (12 month old) changed like he seemed upset all the time, cried every morning as he didn't want to be there. So please, I am begging you not to take your most precious gift form God to this place as they will be emotionally and physically damaged. They are Negligent and unprofessional
