    October 11th, 2023, I dropped off my Asus laptop. And I left a deposit of $315. It's almost 3 months later and I have not gotten back my laptop. My daughter needed the laptop in October for her college online classes. She ended up failing ** she needed her laptop. So Im asking for tuition reimbursement of $400 plus 315 deposit.I've contacted the owner and he has given me a bunch of excuses. I want my laptop back and my deposit. Please help me resolve this issue.

    on 5/5/23 I bought two cable boxes from ******; the boxes required a $10 monthly fee (subscription) in order to work. At first it was working but then it stopped, I called ******, and he restored the signal. I had talked to him that I was going to get a third box for my daughter once my daughter could close on her townhome. on July 20th, 2023, my credit card informed that someone had charged my credit card ****** I did not know it was him, so I reported as fraud. The next morning, I went to see ****** because it was him who charged this amount. ****** told me "I did because we had talked about it' yes, but per our conversation it was when my daughter close on her townhome. He charged my credit card first of all without giving me any merchandise or a receipt. He just took it upon himself. He told me don't worry I will refund you the money. So, I believed him. Finally, my daughter closed. I ordered the third box. So, I told him you still have not refund me on the ******. He kept changing the stories over and over to this date. He claimed that he is an honest person, I kept reaching out to him that the boxes were not working so on October 10th I returned back the 3 boxes because they did not work. I attempted to contact him thru text, phone going back and forth going to his store no luck. He kept hiding. Today he promised me to pass by his store to pick up the money. Nope still hiding. I can provide all the text messages from him for the past month promising me first I will reverse the charges on to your credit card. Now his machine does not work, He promised me a check. Not in the office. Today 11/13/23 he told me to pass by his store that he will give cash. Not at the store either. I do not trust him. He is scamming me. I feel he has victimized me. He has no intention on retuning my money, that is why I am reaching to you to help me settle this once for all.

    Drop my wife's laptop off for repair because the hinges were broken 6 weeks ago. Paid them $300.. was informed the parts would take 10 days. Parts were ordered. One part was on back water so okay. I excuse that time frame now. We've been trying to pick up the laptop for the past two weeks. We were told it would be ready at 3:00 on Tuesday and they're closed. We were told it would be ready at 10:00 on Wednesday and they're closed. We told it would be ready at 11:00 on Wednesday and they're closed. The gentlemen's father just passed away so we're trying to be understanding. My wife is a fourth grade school teacher. Her whole life is on this laptop. She needs it for school. She's stressed out of her mind because she hasn't had been able to use it for school. We have been given nothing but the runaround every time we call to try to find out when it's ready. We're lied to were given false information and this store is never open for business. I spent an hour and a half waiting in the parking lot for this gentleman to show up. He said he was 38 mi away coming from Oviedo Florida sat there for an hour and a half waiting never showed up. Text him 2 hours later and asked could I come pick up the laptop. He said no cuz he wasn't at the store again for a fourth time. We just want our laptop repaired and given back to us. At some point here we've paid $300. It's been 6 weeks and we just keep getting the run around from this owner and he does not deserve a AAA rating with the better business bureau. Anything you can do to rectify this situation for my wife would be greatly appreciated because she is under so much stress right now being her whole lives on this laptop that the store is refusing to fix and return to us.     Ofi-Store. Com in Orlando FL. Well Danny promises to replace the last part needed to finish the repair on my wife's laptop. The last piece is the touch screen that needs to be replaced that he promised. Well now it's been a week later he doesn't answer the phone. He's not at the store. He doesn't answer texts and here we are again waiting for the last repair on our laptop. So we are not satisfied and with their service Even though he promised to make this right, we are still waiting for my wife's laptop to be fixed. She needs it for school 4th grade teacher as you know and her whole life's on this laptop and this Danny will not respond to our request to finish the last piece that needs to get fixed. Please reopen my complaint.
