  Pens seriamente en hacer esta calificacin. Realmente este pequeo comercio no tiene la capacidad para el Trabajo al que se dedica. Cuando un cliente decide poner su confianza en una empresa es por qu espera ser tratado con el respeto que amerita la situacin. El dueo o empleado de esta tienda podra catalogarlo seriamente de ESTAFADOR. Cuando dej mi equipo con instrucciones claras de la falla que presentaba muy amablemente acept trabajar en la laptop ofreciendo un trabajo de calidad que no tardara ** de 5 das. Despus de ************************************************************************************************************* mquina para mostrarme el trabajo "hecho". Me dice que el Equipo requiere una actualizacin que dice que ser de ** de 2 horas y se ofrece a llevarla a mi casa ya que segn vive cerca. Acepto el Ofrecimiento confiando en su palabra, para decirme al otro da que la mquina no est lista y que debo esperar 5 das por que debe cambiar el te lado. La nica razn por la que le llev la mquina es porque el teclado no funcionaba. No puedes cobrarle completo al cliente si la mquina no est lista. No debes bajo ningn concepto mentirle al cliente y no debes dejar de responder las inquietudes del cliente dejando los mensajes en visto o llamadas sin atender. Por favor, piensa bien antes de dejar *** equipos en este lugar. Es irresponsable e irrespetuoso. En las fotos puedes ver cmo los mensajes no los responda y en ningn momento tuvo la educacin de pedir disculpas por haberme mentido. Puedes ir a ****** a ver las fotos y comprobar mi resea. Ade** har una denuncia por estafa. Por qu le cambi la contrasea al laptop y dice que por mi review y por haber pedido mi dinero de vuelta no me la dar

  I took my Ipad Pro to be repaired on 07/21/23 was quoted a price of $80 I was called approximately 3 wks later to pick up my repaired Ipad. That's when the problems started. The store was never open. Everytime I went no one was there. I have left numerous messages no one would never answer. When I was told to come to the store no one would be there. Lies and misleading statements continued on through text messages. Almost everyday I have attempted to retrieve my property. I have been told my Ipad is in storage, not lost just misplaced. Still no response with daily text messages. 7 months of lies and the owner still has not returned my Ipad. How do you run a business this way? I believe he takes people's property and then sells them. He never calls only communicates through text messages. I am extremely upset and have no where to turn I have requested half the price of a replacement Ipad and still received no response. I would appreciate any assistance in this matter. Is it possible to place a lien on this person? Or take legal action? It might seem not important to some but I want my property back. I wasn't expecting anything from him except good customer service. I sure didn't get that. Just lies & deceit. I'm glad he has "F" rating on the BBB so others don't make the mistake of giving him any business.

  Merchant has defaulted on some of his accounts receivables owed to a business funding company he received an advance on. Owner Daniel ******* refuses to answer our calls regarding this outstanding balance. Not trust worthy as we originally thought.

  Courtesy and professionalism is what I received when I brought my desktop PC to (OFI-STORE for repairs and upgrades. The IT techanian after diagnotics my PC gave out recommendations that was needed to make my PC run sufficient and not costing me to pay a lot. Upon completion of all necessary repairs I was invited into the repair work area and was shown the repair parts and the technician explained in details why PC stop working profeciently. I would highly recommend (OFI-STORE for all and any computer repairs needed.
