I started InCharge Debt Repayment a year and a half ago and Im already at 30% repayment with just three years to go. I absolutely love it.Heres how the process works: You submit your information, and a debt counselor calls you to review your current monthly budget and income. Be honest during this call. The counselor isnt there to judge you, they just need accurate information to help. Theyll work with you to figure out what you can realistically afford, and they even make space for things like dining out or buying new clothes.After the call, InCharge works directly with your creditors to lower your monthly payments and interest rates. They also close your credit cards, which is a huge win. If youve ever tried to get out of debt on your own, you know that keeping cards open can lead to an endless cycle. Closing them breaks that loop.Once theyve negotiated with your creditors, they come back to you with your new monthly payment (which includes a $65 fee) and let you know which creditors agreed to the terms.From there, its all on autopilot. Your payment is automatically debited each month. Mine is $1000, and its a single payment that covers everything. I dont have to juggle multiple creditors, its all handled for me. Plus, its incredibly satisfying to watch my overall repayment percentage go up every month, usually by about 2%.Their website is super clear and easy to navigate. It breaks everything down for you with sections like Progress, Accounts, and Overview.If youre serious about getting out of debt, I really encourage you to talk to InCharge. Working with them has been easy and judgment-free. Theyve taken the shame out of the process and are very responsive. I recently asked for an updated Client Repayment Consolidated Schedule, and they had it back to me in two ******* feels amazing to watch my debt go down without the ability/access to add more.InCharge Debt Solutions

I used InCharge to manage my multiple credit cards with high balances that I simply could not make progress with. I finished my plan and fully paid off my debt late 2023. In charge wants you to pay upfront plus a $50 fee before they even talk to your creditors and then I get an email saying for my credit cards are not gonna be on there because they want the payments ahead of time now I worked with other debit companies and they have always sent the paperwork to the credit card companies first to have them accept it ************ tells you what to pay and expect you to pay right then and there before the credits except the payment and I was told by ****** who I talked to that saying *********** which Im having an issue with once their payment ahead of time before they accept it And then they get on the phone when you let them know that youre not paying right away and what day you can pay and make you feel like youre not doing your job when theyre the one that is not doing there correctly I feel all they want is money before they even get a hold of these creditors or fax of anything and I had to email them ***** times to get them to send the creditors the paperwork over and then I have to call to find out if it went threw and then to come to find out that they took all four of my ***********s off because theyre saying *********** is not gonna work with them unless I pay first so Im not very happy with this company at all InCharge it told me that the rules changed all the time OK so why dont you let your customers know ahead of time what rules are changed cause all your time that I email or call its all about money and I dont know what Im paying for and come to find out by email that only two of my credit cards are on there and that the last 4 ***********s are not on there cause they want their payment first thanks for telling me and I had to call youInCharge Debt Solutions
