      I called this company out because my old A/C (Ruud) froze over and the air handler burnt out after several days of running non-stop (No one living there at the moment to realize what was happening). This was one of several contractors I called out for a quote and I was up front with all the technicians about it. When I mentioned this to him he got a weird look on his face like he was insulted, of course, I have no idea what he was actually thinking. I told him I had been without A/C for several days, average temps right now in the mid to upper 90s. He walked into my garage, took a couple of measurements and said sorry, you don't have enough space for a Carrier and left. He was there for about five minutes and just said no AC for you. As I said I had several companies come out including other Carrier dealers. All of them had said the space was small and the plenum return will have to be shorten, but none have even suggested it would be an issue. No alternate suggestions like hanging the unit horizontally, which is regularly done in attics, just nothing we can do.

      The summer of 2023 has been one of our most grueling and our Comfort Specialists are working tirelessly to provide quotes and subsequent installations in an environment where demand is disproportionate to supply. While it is advised that clients procure comparative estimates, finding out he was the fifth on site that day with so many in need, may have impacted our representatives' quality of service. Thank you for your feedback which afforded us an opportunity for additional training. There is no excuse for you not to have received an experience that is to Ferran standards. When our Representative’s Supervisor reached out after receiving your comments through our internal reviewing system, we were pleased to find you were able to find a contractor that could meet your expectations. We wish you the best going forward.

      Ferran is the most unreliable business I have encountered in a very long time. A week ago I lost electricity in one half of my home. I called on Friday, June 16, 2023. On Monday, June 19 a technician arrived and spent the maximum amount of two hours in my home and could not find the problem. Therefore, the technician left and I still have the problem.
      Today is now Thursday, June 22 and although I have reached out daily to my electric company every day, I still have not heard from Ferran when they will be returning to do the job. I called the electric company today and they told me that the earliest Ferran will come out to my home again is Friday, June 30!!!! I consider this a fire hazard and a danger to me; and as of today I have put the electric company on notice that if I have an electrical fire, I will pursue legal representation for all expenses and losses.

      where both our original technician and scheduling team showed opportunities for
      improvement.  Our technician did not handle himself to the Ferran standard
      while interacting with our office from your home and our schedulers dropped the
      ball in getting a second technician to your home in a more timely manner. We
      are very happy that Wes was able to resolve your power issue on his follow up
      visit, sometimes a more seasoned troubleshooter is required.  It is our
      hope that Ferran’s longevity in the community and our decades long partnership
      on this utility program speaks to our reliability.  We further hope that
      our second call and subsequent ownership of our part in your inconvenience,
      balance the bad impression you had of us.  You can expect to receive a few
      tokens of our appreciation in the upcoming days as your feedback was invaluable
      and will allow us to address issues that arose during your call.  Ferran
