      Baxter Restoration was assigned to me through my insurance company (Citizens) after my home was flooded. I paid my deductible for them to begin work and the next day the General Contractor Ms. Andi H*****, came to my home for my husband and I to sign paperwork.Speaking of paperwork, THEY HAVE NONE! Their workers comp insurance and General liability insurance wasn't valid so they could NOT pull a permit HOWEVER, They did a total demolition to my home with out any proper paperwork not to mention once I let Citizens insurance company know the took them off of my case!!!

      I have done everything to accommodate this homeowner. From the beginning she has held up the process in everyway possible. She had a non approved plumber trying to work under our permit without our permission plus her brother was doing work on our job site without our knowledge. She was upset at some point because she thought that we didn't have our insurance or workers comp. but she did not want to accept that we don't know they don't have our current inf. if it's been a while since we worked in her area. It was updated immediately. More detailed in the attached timeline. At this point we will not be able to continue with her. She has already caused too many issues to try to move forward. Thank you.
