Baxter worked on a mold remediation project home project for me. They were late starting, took them weeks to tear down and left it a mess. Beyond that they left a valve open which flooded my house costing thousands in damages. 100% do NOT recommend the Orlando Location or any work with Mike ******* and his team.

      Mr. ******,

It's unfortunate that you chose to leave a review such as this. We began the work on 9/19 as promised in the email below.

      *************************************************************** *Good afternoon Brandon,

I am attaching the estimate and protocol that we will be working on. I have also sent over our work authorization that will need to signed prior to work. This job will be 3-4 days with testing taking place after our final clean. We will place a containment so that there is no cross contamination and need it to stay closed while we are working and when off site and air scrubbers will be running until we have our post clearance results.

We are excited to start for you on Monday 9/19/22 between 9-10am.

Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Thank you and have a wonderful day."

On 9/21 We sent you the following update:

      "Good morning Mr. ******,

First, I do hope you're feeling better. I wanted to reach out and attach some in-progress photos and possibly have a discussion with you on what my tech is seeing as he has been onsite. I did try to call, but the mailbox was full.

As they were working and following not only the protocol, but the IICRC standards for mold remediation he cut a bit passed and is concerned that the growth might have gone passed to the living room, but we did not want to cut without your approval and I did have Gustavo call and speak to you yesterday about this concern.

We wanted to know how you want to proceed as I am ready to set up post testing.

Feel free to reach out with questions.

Thank you and have a wonderful day."

The work was completed on 9/22, within the timeframe described to you in the initial email. The third-party testing company, IAQS, was contacted on 9/22, the day the work was finished, to come perform the post remediation testing. They performed the post remediation testing on 9/23 and received the results back with a passed clearance test shortly thereafter.

You were followed up with no less than 6 documented times for payment after the completion of the work. You chose to ignore those calls and emails, and never reached out to us about a flood at your home. When we completed our work, the water was off and everything was dry. This was verified by the third-party post remediation clearance and our daily pictures we took while onsite. The ONLY time you ever mentioned anything about a flood is when we finally got ahold of you to discuss payment almost a full 90 days after the work was performed. If it was something you think we caused, why wouldn't you have called right when it happened?

We stand behind our work. As I mentioned to you during our phone conversation before you hung up on me, its really hard to be helpful or have a discussion 90 days after we completed a project with no payment and no communication from you regarding a 2nd flood.
