      I purchased some golf tees from this company on March 11th of 2024 for $66.86. I just looked at my debit card account statement this morning and see that this company has been charging me $19.93 a month for the last three months for some subscription that I never authorized. When I called their customer support line they refused to refund my money, and offer to ship me some additional golf tees for free.

      Hello! In order to have signed up for this subscription, you would have manually checked a box at checkout. You also receive emails after you check out, notifying you of your subscription and how to manage it. 

      We have a no refund policy for this subscription, as you can see on our website *****************************************************************************************

      We do offer free product en lieu of a refund, as our team relayed. Our customer service team would be happy to cancel your subscription if you would like, you just need to make that clear when chatting with them.

      I never signed up for the subscription and the business has fraudulently misrepresented the transaction. They have done this to other customers as well as documented by the ******************** and other online review sites.

      I purchased golf tees for $49.99 for Christmas and was charged the rest of the charges without authorizing them and have not recieved goods related to the other $19 charges. I have called and emailed them multiple times with no response back.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This is incorrect.  I did not sign up for this service.  I just sent FlightPath the first email I sent regarding this 1/4.  I did not know I even had a subscription until today.  It was never used, no emails were received about how to manage it.   They have cancelled it and said they would refund me 2 months of this service.   I do not accept as full compensation.  I should not have to pay for any months of this service.

Once you completed the checkout, an automatic email was sent to you notifying you how to use your subscription, and how to manage it as well. There is also multiple places on our website for you to learn about the subscription and how to manage it as well.       Bought a set of golf tees from the business. Without my consent, was charged a monthly fee as some part of a club. Despite calls leaving multiple messages to cancel when I discovered this charge and emails to them to cancel on 12/26 and 12/10 when I didnt get confirmation, they are still charging me. This is fraud.

      Thank you for reaching out. We are a small business operating out of southeastern *******, and saw a drastic increase in sales over the holiday season. This is the reason for the delay in customer service, we have since hired additional help, but it is difficult to find people during the holiday season. I have canceled your subscription for you and attempted to refund as well, if you have submitted to dispute with your bank or your card, the system will not allow me to process a refund. Please let me know if you have any other questions or any other issues.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I had to close out this debit card to stop unauthorized withdrawals from your company. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience, but was necessary. More than the money and inconvenience, I would like to see a pledge by your company to end this predatory type practice of signing up people for some club without consent. At the very minimum, give the opportunity to withdraw from the charges. I contacted you both via email and phone message at the number and email provided to no avail before going to the extreme of contacting the BBB. You make a decent product, you dont need to do this, its uncommercial, unethical,  and just plain wrong.

      There is nothing more I am able to do. Since the charges have been disputed I am unable to provide a refund. I am confirming once again that the membership has been cancelled. Upon checkout, there is an option to opt-in to the Fairway Legends membership. You were also sent an automatic sign up email with information on how to use the membership, and cancel if you would prefer. I am unsure how much more I can assist you at this point.
