      This company is running a scam that results in a $19 charge every month for the opportunity to purchase the tees in the future at half price. I had no idea this occurred until 4 months after my initial purchase of two boxes of tees when I noticed the charge on my credit card. As the other review stated, you need to call to company to cancel the ** subscription and request refunds. The company representative said it was MY mistake!!! Insane!

      Hello, ***** and thank you for your review. Upon checkout, there is a box you need to check to opt-in to our subscription. Regardless of when you saw the charges on your bank statement, we would have been able to be contacted via phone to request a cancellation of your account. It is my understanding that you received a refund for all but one charge. Our customer service team helped you to the best of their ability, as you can see in our terms of service, we do not typically offer refunds as it was a legitimate subscription that you signed up for. *****************************************************************************************

      Be very careful when you order from this provider. When you order, it signs you up for a useless subscription and charges you an extra $19.93 a month. I didnt notice this until I had been charged for three months - more than doubling the cost of the golf tees that I bought. The only way to cancel the subscription is to contact the company by phone or e-mail. They will not refund any of the charges that hit your card before you notice and try to stop the subscription. Buyer needs to beware!
