    Minus one star due to issues with delivery and customer communication. The pipe however is amazing!! I have already started spreading the word. Highly recommend!

    Good products . Nice customer service *********** ship times and communication is very slow also but they're growing and there is high demand for their products. When ordering, be patient is the best advice I can give you. Definitely worth the wait.

    The bubbler pro is fantastic, as I new it would be. This is not your average bubbler. My only complaint is that it took 3 weeks for them to ship it. Small complaint I FYI- just ordered the beaker bong pro today and has already shipped out.

    I placed an order on January 2 and didn't receive any email regarding shipping/tracking information which I thought was strange. Waited 2-3 weeks with no response. I had to reach out 2 separate times to confirm if my order was being processed. Didn't receive my order until February 9, basically over a month since date of placed order.
