I filed a warranty claim for the failure of the lid of an all in one shaker manufactured by Tupperware & purchased at a home party many years ago. They have denied the claim twice, once saying no photos were attached (they were attached) & the second time stating that a knife cut the edge of the lid (I do not wash knives in our dishwasher, even in the top rack) (completely ignoring the failure of the plastic lid in the center where it cracked & collapsed completely). I only washed the product as allowed in care instructions (top rack of the dishwasher). The plastic lid failed & cracked along the edge (it is a crack not a knife cut) so it will not seal onto the cup portion. It also cracked & failed in the center top of the lid, caving in. This is a failure of the plastic manufacturing, the *********** portions are both intact & usable. I am asking for a credit for the defective item in line with their warranty, to repurchase the entire product product, as the current style of lid will not fit onto the cup portion we still have & will not work with the mixer portion we still have.Business Response

Hello Tupperware-us on Oct 22 2024 website 2 purchases for tupperware that is a fake. They take your money but never ship products. Placed online order to ***************************** on 11/01/2024 for 8 items totaling $42.09. credit card payment was successful. No tracking info provided until 11/04/24 when website noted "package handed over to carrier" (supposedly ******* No tracking info given. Their customer service # ************** does not connect, gets message that "number dialed is not accessible from your area". I emailed on 11/16/24 requesting info on my order. Response from them on 11/17 stated shipped and arriving soon. Tracking info showed pkg in ***** on 11/17, then in ****, ***** on 11/18. Item delivered on 11/18/24 from "** ****, ***************************************". The delivered item was a small plastic/vinyl wrist band, NOT the ordered Tupperware items that I paid for. I emailed customer service again and again, explaining that the worthless item delivered was not what I had paid for. Their response is always "your order was successfully delivered'. I ordered 3x Products on the 6th of October and followed up 2 weeks later and received 2x tracking numbers - both still show awaiting carrier pick-up with no progress since. I contacted customer support several times with no success. A customer support representative eventually called me and offered replacement products. Since I was at work I couldn't take an immediate look and I said I'll respond to the email she sent. I confirmed the offer via email, but received another email the next day. I confirmed that one too. On day 3 I received another confirmation email, stating that since I haven't responded yet, this would be the last time Tupperware would contact me before closing the ticket.I called customer support who confirmed my phone number in case we got cut off and took the order number and ticket numbers. The call got cut off - but no one called back. Tupperware lifetime warranty not being honored. Over the last 45 years, I have purchased a lot of Tupperware. I called their customer service and requested items to be honored under their lifetime warranty. I was sent an email and packaged my items according to the exact list in that email. I was told in that email that the turn around for the warranty process is 4 to 6 weeks. On July 19, 2024 at 8:40 am, their warranty office signed for a package from me. Inside that package was everything needed to honor that warranty as I followed their directions to the letter. A complete list of items and their description of all 33 items sent, my name, address, phone, and email address was included in that letter. When the six weeks was up, I called and was lied to about when an offer would be made. Same thing, every time that I've called since then. I've made several phone calls to their customer service. "We've escalated."...lies. NOTHING has been done. 14 weeks is a lot longer than the email stated of 4 to 6 weeks. Via email I've contacted their CEO ****** Ann ******** No response there either. Every time you ask them why nothing has been done, they say, "be patient." I'm not patient anymore. If they're not going to honor their Lifetime Warranty, they should say so when you call the first time. Fourteen weeks of anger is more than a customer should have to bear. I called them today and was told...wait for it...YOU HAVE TO WAIT 3 MORE DAYS FOR THE TICKET TO BE REVIEWED. Every time you call, that's what you will be told. I highly recommend that if a company isn't going to honor their warranty, that they not make it in the first place.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I sent you three 255 series containers and lids for replacement. None of the listed items offered covered the loss of those 3 containers and lids. Those containers can hold 25 pounds of flour or sugar. Which is about 36 cups of product for storage per container. The rest of the items are acceptable but none of the offered products will hold what I sent in for replacement. I paid $30 per container which included the lid. The credit offered does not cover the replacement of those items.

I sent in three 255 series tupperware containers which store 36 cups of flour, sugar, etc. So, ********************************** those three containers. Three of those containers and their lids were sent for lifetime warranty coverage to them in July. 14 weeks later, their replace is one 8 ounce cereal bowl and lid for those three 255 series containers. I didn't send them a cereal bowl or a cereal bowl lid to them for replacement. My question to you is how much longer do I have to keep my stored flour, sugar, etc in ziplock bags?
