      Very poor experience .. the girl I ordered from didn’t even acknowledge my order, I had to email her three times to see if my order went through. I had to actually tell her this was a really bad service after the fourth email and finally she got back to me and said it’s too bad I wasn’t happy with the service.. no kidding there wasn’t any service, then I got the items and they’re totally different than they used to be, there cheap and the lids don’t fit properly at all , I can’t even use them .. I’m really disappointed that I went and bought Tupperware. I thought they were the best, don’t waste your money, and the service was terrible. Product is not what it used to be..

      I have been trying to get a cracked lid replaced since December 2021 - yes over a year!!!!
      Every time I contact them I'm told to try back in a month, the warranty system is being revamped! I was even a Tupperware dealer back in the 80's so I still have a lot of it. Ha - I give up and refuse to buy Tupperware again as they do not live up to their guaranteed for life warranty. ******** **********, etc work just as well and are easily replaceable at a significantly lower cost.

      A zero star would be more accurate. Horrible company today. This company must have been sold. We have had Tupperware since the 60's First order was through Target. it was the clear plastic (looks like glass) Lids would not fit. ****** took back and refunded. said they have had many returns. This order was a different line, directly from Tupperware. Again, terrible quality. Lids are impossible to get on. Customer Service is horrible, rude and no help. Did not want to provide me the return information until I told Keith i would simply put the order in dispute. He then explained product must be returned at my expense. When the warehouse receives it they will decide if you get a refund. They will not call when i ship back. i must call and check.

      Purchased several items from Tupperware a few months back. The edge of one container broke and cut my finger.
      I called Tupperware warranty department and was told I would receive an email to replace the item. Never received it.
      I called back today and the representative said she was "attempting" to send another email. Never received that one. She also told me I would have to pay for shipping for their damaged items.
      No thanks!!! I'll replace it with Rubbermaid (which is much less expensive and a better product.

      I have been a loyal Tupperware customer for 3 decades. I swore by their products because of the quality and the warranty, I have been trying to replace broken parts for more than 18 months. Any time I call, they advise me to call back in a couple weeks because they are updating their warranty system. Meanwhile, my pile of broken parts that should be covered under warranty is growing. I will never buy from this company again. They no longer stand behind their product and the quality has definitely gone downhill!

      I think I have gotten a great rep!!! She did take a while for warranty but kept me informed and got them in a timely matter when they reopened the new warranty!!! Maybe you should find a better rep I would be happy to share mine!!!!

      I have tried to replace a lid for one of my bowls and three local reps wouldn't return my call. I called Tupperware direct and they told me I had to go through local reps. Their product is very expensive and they tout the lifetime guarantee but they don't honor it. Go to the grocery store, buy a Ziploc container and it will do the job. Do not count on any guarantee offered by Tupperware.

      I sent in some lids for warranty replacement. I was a sales person for many years and their products and service was fine, but now I have been given the runaround for months. I was told that I cannot have the lids returned to me as they are in the process of examining them. I have been told that my incident number is no longer valid (less than a month later) and began another inquiry, but again I am getting the run around and no resolution. I was told by the representative that I should keep a copy of the items and luckily I took a photo of the tops and the tracking slip. Ridiculously frustrating and dissapointing.

      Can't believe this but Tupperware is the worst product and company out there right now!!! The item took 4 months to get to me but because I've had it more than 30 days I cant return it. The portioning scoops with multiple size scoops doesn't work without cookie dough in it let alone trying to scoop out cookie dough. CHEAP< CHEAP< CHEAP!!!! They have truly earned MINUS -5 stars, People working for them must be forced to work there!!!

      Tupperware advertises that they have lifetime warranty. *** I call false advertising! *** For roughly a year now, their warranty system has been down. I have two lids that are cracked and unusable. Having been a loyal Tupperware customer for many years, I have been patiently waiting for their system to "get back up"...until my call with them today. Today when I called to see if the warranty system was back up, I was told I could mail my broken lids along with the containers that they fit to their factory - at my expense. This is ridiculous. They do not need my containers to confirm the lids are cracked or what the lid fits. It seems they want to look like they offer a lifetime warranty but make it so expensive to do it, that in fact, they are not being honorable in their advertising. So beware, if you are buying Tupperware and thinking their lifetime warranty is valid to justify the higher cost of their products, they don't stand behind their products. You will pay just as much for shipping larger containers than if you purchased them new. Again, I call it false advertising and am very disappointed in Tupperware.
