      BEWARE of the fraudulent practices Tupperware has! I would like to give them a 1/2 a star but not allowed. I placed an order on the wrong party link, called within 4 min of placing the order. I got a cancellation order number, I was told it would be cancelled. Then 5 hrs later, I get an email 2 min before they close the company for the weekend, that they can't cancel the order. Three days later, they ship the order and tell me that I have to refuse the order to get a full refund. Here it is a month and half later, and I still haven't gotten my full refund, after I intercepted the shipments with ***** in NC, they were returned to the Tupperware warehouse, and 3 tickets later, now they are refusing to give me the rest of my refund because NOW all of a sudden they have a we don't return taxes or shipping policy, which is NOT what I was told to begin with. Which is ********, because the damn order shouldn't have been shipped at all. Tupperware is losing a good customer, that will be letting all of her friends and people know not to buy Tupperware because they don't have any logistical business sense of cancelling an order and still forcing the customer to pay shipping and taxes, and making the customer refuse an order with them shipping when cancelling. If you cancel an order, it should be cancelled period. NOT shipped anyways!

      I have a Tupperware bowl. It has a cracked flange. Tupperware advertises that they have lifetime warranty. I have had a case for this bowl with them since 01Nov2021. Made multiple calls and it is a case number ********. The last call they said that the warranty system was still down but would be up soon. This is exactly what was said in November. Now they want me to send to South Carolina to the factory at my expense and time. Clearly this would be crazy as I am sure no one would do anything anyway.

      So I am now going to do all I can to make sure no one buys from this company. Cause they LIE!
