      AeroCare only cares for your money, and they will **** you as much as they can. Dont fall into this ****************. They lied about the payments, and charge you much more.Besides, the sleeping machine is very uncomfortable, and not as effective as I thought it would be.

      Aerocare keeps billing me for my nebulizer solution when I'm not even getting my medicine though then. They don't even have my correct contact information on file. I use my local pharmacy for all my medications. I have informed them many times that I do not use their services but they keep billing me for medication that they don't even have orders of from my doctor.

      My doctor sent them the exact item number and UPC number along with the description and no generic version allowed. My health insurance sent them the same information. I faxed them the same information. They called me and said they had the unit and could deliver it that day. They insisted on collecting the copay and the cost of the wheels and brakes for my rollator since the insurance does not cover that anymore according to the preauthorization they got. I was not happy with that but what can you do against the insurance company rules. So, I paid the amount they said. Later that day they delivered the wrong one and it will not work for my needs. I sent it back. They said they would refund my money. They have not refunded my money. My insurance does not have a bill or a preauthorization request from them. This company should be on a scammer list and shut down.

      Aerocare does not deserve even a star. I have had nothing but problems with them. They continually try to charge you for something. I sent back an unopened pkg have the proof from *** because they were trying to charge me around ****** for supplies out of pocket. Then turned around and tried charging me with monthly rental fee for ******. Which they are not supposed to as my insurance covers all this stuff , but not according to aerocare. This is the worst company. It took me several tries to call them, I was even hung up on. When you talk to them they just keep asking you to pay them instead of dealing with the real problem THERE BILLING!! Do not ever ever ever go to aerocare or adapt health which is one in the same. I am going to return the cpap machine, its easier to die in your sleep then deal with such B.S. I am so so so disappointed in the system. So much free money goes out to illegals, and the hard working honest people are being s*** on.

      My friend went to ********* medical in *********** tn to buy a replacement CPAP cushion...not only did they rob him$70.00!!)but then they put it in a sandwich bag!!??mind you I'm trying NOT TO GET INFECTIONS!!,WHO ALL HANDELED THAT CUSHION!!??THATS JUST GROSS..COME ON...CLOSE YOUR DOORS ALREADY!!!

      I live in ********* *********, AeroCare is associated with the store that supplied my first CPAP nearly 20 years ago.That store had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Because of that I switched to a store near work, they were amazing to work with, when my husband started using a CPAP we of course went to the same place.For the first month everything was amazing as usual. Then they stopped returning calls. I went to the store and it was gutted.After two weeks we finally got in touch with a rep telling us they were bought out by AeroCare. After that they started sending supplies without ordering. They sent the wrong mask, a pack of two filters (charged an $18 copay for just the filters)Then they allegedly sent an RMA label and the correct mask (never received them) and sent us to collections for goods we didn't have and didn't order.After months of back and forth with the remaining stores in my area and the useless customer service from the ***** number we finally gave up and cut contact with AeroCare.We still don't have a CPAP supplier, and have been buying supplies from third party vendors since AeroCare now owns all of the durable goods stores in a 20 mile radius.I highly recommend using ANYONE other than AeroCare.

      WORSE COMPANY EVER FOR ****ING-NO EXPLANATIONS JUST *****. EVEN WHEN YOU CALL TO TELL THEM YOU DID NOT RECEIVE SUPPLIES, NO ONE FOLLOWED UP BUT THE ***** STILL ARE SENT. THEN WHEN YOU CONTACT THE COMPANY-NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN THE **** AND YOU GET TRANSFERRED FROM **** SERVICE BACK AND FORTH TO ****ING. AWFUL SERVICE JUST AWFUL. WILL TELLL ALLLLLL MY FRIENDS DO NOT GET ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES DEALING WITH AEROCARE.

      The people in the Milwaukee store are rude jerks. They seem to think you should psychically pick up how their system works instead of explaining it to you.
