      Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Wish I had done my homework first, trusted what the Dr office suggested on companies for sleep apnea machines. Stay away from them. Won’t return phone calls or emails. Not helpful when you do get a live person. I haven’t seen what they’ve charged to my insurance yet so I have a feeling thats gonna be fun.

      I have a check that was sent and cashed by aerocare 2 months ago and even after 5 attempts to talk to them today they say they are waiting on a check. They want to take me to collections. Yes. I have check showing both sides. They now want to take me to collections. I have sent photos of the check, with my na.e and ac ount number, but they cannot connect the dots. This has been going on for 60 days.All above are true staements.

      0 stars! They took months just to get me 3 standard replacement parts. They were sent an Rx from my Dr. Yet Everytime I talked to them they asked what I was needing, size etc. And apparently NEVER EVER wrote it down. Even the hospital rep couldn't get them to send it! And for some reason you must speak to Elaine before they will send it (at a different #) but she literally NEVER answers her phone! They were all terrible and WHY would you keep getting the info from me and never writing it down or enter on the computer? Why bother asking then! It's way to simple a job for them to get it wrong!

      Please, Do not buy Capp supplies from AeroCare! This company CANNOT get an order correct even if you give them their part numbers. They will charge you and your insurance for items that you do not need and cannot even use, then it messes up your insurance because they have limits on what they will pay for. Therefore they cannot help you because it’s an insurance issue. They will not except their mistakes because it always get put off on another department.

      This whole business was one big scam to rope me in,and prey on the sleep apnea I have been diagnosed for years I had 2 insurances one was ********** the other my wife’s private insurance they told me I had to at least have it on 4 hrs a day for a year but I told them I had private insurance too they checked came back and said never mind private insurance pays for it in full.6 months later a person from Aerocare comes to the door and says we need our equipment back you haven’t been using it 4 hrs a day I told them when I got this equipment I was told it was paid in full thru my wife’s insurance and them rules don’t apply to me but if you only had ********** you have to do the 4 hrs a day for a year to keep the equipment and it becomes yours.So that said did they just run it thru ********** and not thru my wife’s private insurance to not have it be paid in full.That being said in my opinion that is we’re the scam is and their inconsistent lack of giving you the hoses, humidifier reservoir and nose pillows in my case I got one set of nose pillows and called them on it they said unfortunately you have to use them and the next set we will give you the right ones next time guess what next time never happened. So I suggest take your phone in when you get your machine and record your conversation

      This is the most unhelpful organization I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely no help when I call or email them for assistance, and they continue to badger me about buying more CPAP supplies when I have told them time and time again to stop contacting me, as I get my supplies from a cheaper supplier. They charged my card without any notice TWICE now, and I was hung up on when trying to get this figured out over the phone with them. Shame on Aerocare.

      No stars I give them … everytime I call to replace my sons O2 tanks … I’m waiting for over a hour to talk to someone then , leave message no one calls back… when I finally get someone on the phone I always always get transfer to another person and have to wait another hour… this is ridiculous…. I hate this company soooo much … definitely looking for another company to go thur asap

      These are the most IGNORANT people I've ever dealt with!!!
      They sent my husband's account to collections, because they wouldn't give us confirmation they received payments we made, and I wasn't going to keep paying and it wasn't credited! Then they take it upon theirselves to put the account in my name, and I'm not even the patient!! I see I'm not the only one by all these HORRIBLE reviews they have, and I will be going a step further with the attorney general's office, because these people are idiots, and this company is very unscrupulous!!!!
      We will never give them our credit card number because I do not trust them whatsoever!!! All I can say is, BEWARE!!!

      I just became eligible for Medicare in Sept of 2022. I also have secondary insurance and AeroCare has this information on file. I noticed that there were two charges on my bank statement from Aerocare that I did not authorize nor did anyone from Aetocare notify me that my account was being debited. When I phoned AeroCare to question several weeks agoI was told that the fees were for CPAP supplies. Medicare had made their payments, but my secondary insurance had not. I was told that they could not verify eligibility from my secondary insurance, so rather than contacting me, they just dropped the ball and arbitrarily charged my bank account. This is totally inaccurate information as I am most definitely covered by my secondary insurance carrier. I don’t have this problem with any of my other medical providers. After waiting patiently for several weeks for them to refile the claim to my insurance,I tried calling again today to resolve this issue. First I was put on hold 15 minutes and then disconnected. The second time I called, I was told the same thing that I was told the first time I called! I feel like I’m living a Twilight Zone episode. I asked to speak to a supervisor, so I’m waiting for Ron.the supervisor to call. Will be shocked if I get a call back. I’m very frustrated with Aerocare’s insurance eligibility department and their poor customer service. AeroCare owes me $143.15. It’s shameful how they rob senior citizens of their money rather than doing what they’re supposed to do!
