      I sutayed at rhis "hotel" from 8/17/2023- 8=22/2023. The room was filthy I disputed the charge with my bank and they have tried to refuse to reimburse me. I spoke to the front desk not once but twice but apparently the lady behind the desk was to incompetent to do her job and made no notations.

      Stayed at the Avanti Palms Resort from 7/8-7/11 and it was just headache after headache. We checked in around 5pm on 7/8 and headed to the beach. When we returned after midnight and after a long day of travel all we wanted to do was lay down in bed and sleep. Well to our surprise, we opened the door to what we thought our room was and alas, there were people sleeping in the bed. I couldn’t believe it. We went to the front desk just to find out that they didn’t have a similar room for us. That was inconvenience number one. They put us up in a king suite but we had to checkout in the morning because that suite was booked to other guests for the rest of the days we were there. That was inconvenience number two. So, we check out and before we leave for the day, we request that we have a room assigned to us before we come back so we are guaranteed a place to stay and they couldn’t accommodate our request because “they had no rooms”. How do you not have any rooms when you double assigned a room to TWO SEPARATE PARTIES?! Beware of this resort. Will never stay here again.

      I stayed at Avanti Resort May 12 2023 thru May 15 2023.. The resort was nice however the rooms were half cleaned bathroom was nasty and they have bed bugs. Upon contacting the front desk to make them aware they already knew. I understand businesses need to make money but if you’ve had reports of bed bugs people should be made aware or the business should close until they can fix the issue because nobody wants to travel with or have those bugs in their things.

      We checked in Jan 13, 2023 and checked out Jan 15, 2023 Upon arrival we immediately were upset due to the smell and dirtiness of the room. Then 10 minutes laters we heard a loud bang, that was someone kicking our room trying to get in. We immediately contacted the front desk and they said security would come our way and they never did. Hours later it happened again which made us feel unsafe. Then we noticed our room was connecting to the room next door and the door was broken which allowed the guest next door access to our room. While trying to figure that door out, the guest next door came out and said someone was about to get shot. We then asked the front desk to be put into a different building and all they could do was move us 5 rooms down which was even dirtier than the first and it smelled like marijuana and a huge bag of dirty towels in the room. Once again we asked to get moved and they moved us within the same building. The room was also dirty and smelled awful but we dealt with it because it seemed the front desk did not want to help. Ac was not working either and the second day we heard the loud bang again which was very concerning. We also asked room cleaners not to enter our room while we were gone and they agreed and when we came back we could tell they didn’t follow orders. To top it all off, the resort said we never contacted them to explain our concerns to them, which is untrue; they just weren’t helpful and had horrible customer service. When asked for a manager they would avoid us. We didn’t fill safe at all while our stay at avanti and management never tried to help.

      I went to Avanti Palm resort December 9-11 for my kids birthday weekend. Wanted them to enjoy the resort because their birthdays are during a cold month and Orlando's weather is amazing. When we got to the hotel we checked in. Staff was friendly and quick. When we got to the room it looked nothing like the pictures. There was rush everywhere. Not sure when the last time they dusted. One of the elevators was broken. When we took a shower , me and my youngest daughter got sick. I wasn't sure if it was from the room or not so I waited until the next day. We were perfectly fine the entire time we were out of the room but anytime we were in the room we were sick, throwing up. The shower was even coming out of the wall. The beds were very uncomfortable. I had to make an appointment with my doctor when I got back because it had my back hurting so bad that it was numbing my legs. Like this was the worst place I've ever stayed and I travel a lot. I was expecting so much more from the pictures. After reading reviews, I saw that there are a lot of people with similar complaints.

      I just accepted what was offered. I'll just never visit again. Thankfully I got it documented from a doctor on my daughter being sick from mold.

      I checked in to stay at this location tonight. I am already down the street. I paid the amount of 230.00 - I purchased the cruise and stay package. I was told that the time that I needed to ride to the port was too early and that I should just call a taxi or an uber.
      I then went to our room, and the ac was open and on the floor. The room had black mold in the bathroom, exposed wires on the outlets, and the front door had messed up hinges; it is a disgusting room. I put on my PJs and go to get into bed, and there is a small red stain - so my husband looks for bed bugs, and we find a few tiny black specs that are moving around- with that, I packed up, and we left. There was no phone in the room, and when I went to call the front desk to complain, no one answered- finally, I checked into another location and called again. The female who answered was rude and said, " what do you want me to do about it?" Ummm, I want you to teach the housekeeping how to clean- black mold is unhealthy for people to breathe in I am having treatment for stage 4 cancer- I do not need to have my health jeopardized due to the unhealthy
