  My experience with the Law Offices of Dan Newlin and attorney Sheena ****** was a pleasant one. I was involved in a serious car accident where my car was totalled, I suffered some substantial neck and lower back injuries, but the pain was manageable. My attorney Sheena ****** maintained adequate contact with me and the case details. We were able to reach a settlement fairly quick that was higher than I initially expected it to be, based on a previous accident and insurance settlement that I had been involved in 4 years prior to this one. Overall, I was very satisfied with the results.

  Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys office is currently representing my claim against an insurance company and this process has been nothing short of a nightmare. After more than three years, in 02/23, I agreed to a settlement offer to resolve my claim involving a terrible accident where I had to undergo intense treatments and ultimately a major surgery. Due to this, the quality of my life has drastically changed for the worse and I will be dealing with complications for years to come. Although, I felt the settlement was unfair due to my severe neck injury and the estimated ranges initially given by D. N.'s attorneys; I felt my attorney was encouraging me to settle instead of going to trial, which led me to not have much confidence in my case. Once I agreed to the offer, I knew that I would owe medical bills (which my attorney estimated much lower than what would actually be paid) and attorney fees and cost, what I was not aware of when accepting the settlement was how much I would be robbed of. All in all, I am only expected to receive about 33% of the entire settlement, the medical bills account for about 21% of the settlement, and the remaining money will go directly to D. N.'s office and "affiliates” for fees and cost. This is extremely disheartening due to the fact that my attorney assured me on several occasions that his office would not receive a greater portion of the settlement than I would. Also, I was never made aware of the high costs that were being incurred during this process. It almost seems as if the charges are erroneous. For example, my bill list items such as "Medical records" for $7,188 or "Professional services" for $5,064. These charges seem extremely ambiguous and grossly inflated. At this point, I would like for D. N.'s office to do what is right and reevaluate the fees and cost that they are charging in order for me to be compensated fairly. I am confident that Dan Newlin’s office will do the right thing and we can come to an amicable agreement.

  We suffered injuries in a 2019 accident where we were rear ended while we were at a stop light, by a driver (who had bare minimum basic insurance) who was going at least 45mph. My knee smacked the dash and I had 2 surgeries to correct what they could. My insurance at the time was not easy to work with and quite frankly if it wasn’t for Dan and the team my husband and I would physically be in pretty bad shape if we just left it to the insurance companies. Thank you ??

  We didn't have one of those million dollar cases so we were passed off to one of the biggest liars I've ever met. His lies were so big my phone actually grew like Pinocchios nose and I have several messages to prove that. Like all these huge ambulance chasing law firms Dan's is no different, it's all about that dollar while honestly and integrity are forgotten. I did learn a valuable lesson through this horrible experience and that is in the end WE the people pay for the mistakes of others, just look at your premiums! My advice, if you don't have a big money case then you should find a smaller law firm or just settle with the insurance company's offer. Wish we would of done that because it cost us $12k and months of aggravation. Sorry Dan, your employee most definitely dropped the ball.

  I am pleased with the timely response from Dan Newlin's office. Our assigned attorney Courtney *********​ has been amazing. She was thoughtful and compassionate towards my daughter's needs. She kept me informed to the why's and " How Comes ".
  I would seek help in the future from the office of Dan Newlin if I ever need help again.

  Attorney Loucas ******* went above and beyond for me as a client. Workmens comp is not easy to deal with and he kicked ***! He got me more than I was willing to settle for and just didn't take no for an answer. I see a lot of people complain about the fees but let me tell you this has been a struggle for me for 28 months and he was with every step of the way and answered my calls no matter the time of day so this girl definitely earns their money hands down. I will use them in the future if ever needed.
