      Obtained equipment from Aerocare. Everyone was new and they had problems printing out my paperwork. Promised to email/mail it. Never received it. Unable to reach them at number.
      Eventually returned equipment in Jan 2022 and lady at desk who was helping someone on the phone, asked for my name and said to leave the equipment there. I said "thanks" and left. Paid last bill in January for that month's usage even tho I turned it in beginning of month.
      It is now August and they will NOT stop bill my insurance nor sending me bills. And during this time, the monthly amount tripled. No notice was even sent about this price change - even though I should not be billed at all! My last bill was January (paid). Then suddenly a new bill in.............May. No Feb, Mar, Apr. And they wont stop!
      Still, unable to reach anyone there on the phone. Cannot visit office, as I moved out of state in January after dropping of equipment.
      I called Major Medical who is billing me - and they could NOT get anyone on the phone at he location I got and dropped off the equipment. They said they would get back with me. Major Medical never did. But they keep billing.
      Called insurance (*****) today. Told them to STOP paying their claims after I told them the situation. They called Aerocare - and got some random person at a location other than the place I picked up/dropped off equipment! They told ***** that I owed money and w/out a ticket number from being dropped off, they will not close my account nor stop billing. TICKET NUMBER?? From what?! I still never got an itemized bill from day one. Nobody gave me anything when I dropped it off. Nobody told me to "wait, I have paperwork for you".
      Google reviews for Aerocare in Lone tree are HORRIBLE and many many experiencing the same problem. Fraudulent billing. The billing makes ZERO sense. They are unable t provide me with ORIGINAL PAPERWORK.
      I am demanding the stop to the fraudulent billing and get your company in order!

      I just checked and there is a bill sitting there for October. A bill for what? Go back and read my complaint. Each bill comes from a different location.
      I am being FALSELY billed!!
      Remove this and delete my account!!

      Per our billing department: Billing has adjusted the open balances and all adjustments are complete. Account has zero balance and has been notated as such.

      I'm being billed monthly for a CPAB machine, that I did not know it was a monthly bill, nor am I receiving any documentation on the monthly charges. Tried calling the Aero Care office in Hasting Michigan and a Rachael S******* could and would not help me with the matter. Was told it was a $32.00 monthly charge to my insurance, yet my Insurance ************ said they are being billed $56.73 monthly. I did call the main office billing department in Florida and received the run around. The Rachael S******* I entered a verbal agreement for monthly charges, in which I never did

      Aerocare, despite multiple calls to them and assurances that I DO NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCTS OR SUPPLIES BILLED AND DELIVERED TO ME, continues to send them and bill both my insurance company and myself. This is fraudulent. I want them to cease and desist any and all contact via email, phone, or written communication. I do not want what they are selling. I am advising my insurance carrier of the issue , as well as the local hospital and my pulmonologist both of whom use them as a provider.
