      Started off bumpy but have great communication with the site supervisor, ****. He was great. Communicated everything, addressed my concerns and very professional. We all want what we pay for and **** made sure I did. He treated my house like it was his own.I have recommend CMR to my neighbors and they know my high standards. I know I gave **** a few headaches but he still took care of me without any issue or telling me what I wanted to hear. He did the job and I was happy with it and him.

      I have been trying to get my CPAP supplies for 2 weeks now. I met my deductible in 2024 so started calling on 12/10 to get them. They told me to call back 12/19. Since that time I have called no less than 15 times and each time they offer something else that they are missing. When you point out their mistake they often hang up on me. They keep telling me that: they need: insurance information, they are waiting on insurance authorization, they don't have an order from the physician, they cannot download my compliance information and most recently they cancelled my order due to lack of activity even though I am calling every other day. I even drove 45 minutes to one of their offices for help and was told that they would overnight it to me and had everything that they needed. When I called back they needed more of the above information. I finally ordered my supplied from ***** (much cheaper) because I am now in 2025 and have a new deductible. I am in the medical field and would not refer anyone to this company ever! Their customer service is absolutely awful! They do not even deserve a one star rating. Imagine an elderly person trying to navigate this?

      Decided not to honor a payment arrangement and billed me over 400 on my card they had on file without my permission! And now are refusing to fill my father's oxygen tanks that he needs to go to his doctors appointments as he has horrible COPD! They also keep changing the amount they say I owe, billed my hundreds more then i should have been. His coverage didn't change at all and yet suddenly my bill is much higher... i am so paying on things that should have been paid off by now. The are owned by another medical company so currently I can not get my dad his oxygen, get his broken hospital bed fixed unless I pay them between 400 and 700 they can't seem to decide how much I really owe. They lied to his doctor telling them that I wasn't paying the payment arrangement when I have the emails with the payment confirmations and back statements showing I have paid every month!!! Horrible company and when i wouldn't agree to give them a new charge card for auto payments because they refused to tell me the amount they were going to charge every month they HUNG up on me. Horrible company!

      This company will charge for services not rendered. They will not let you change you banking info to stop the charges. *** tried several times to cancel my account and was told by an agent it was and Id receive no more charges. They lied. Ive gotten steady charges over and over and I would like to file a lawsuit or complaint against them for theft

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. At the time I received a CPAP machine I questioned their office staff if they had received pre-auth from my insurance. Two separate employees told me yes and gave me an estimated cost after insurance paid. Months later they started billing me saying my insurance was not in effect. Not true! Other health care providers were being paid. I gave them all my insurance information again. I contacted my insurance carrier, verified coverage was in place. No claims had ever been received from Aerocare or any of the multiple names they go by. Multiple phone calls and emails later this has still not been billed or resolved. I have told them payment will be issued to them based on my insurance processing the claims and telling me my portion due. I refuse to pay until they submit claims to my insurance. Requests for detailed invoices have also gone unanswered. No stars would be the appropriate rating.

      In December of 2023, I was in the hospital with a severe flu; My home oxygen is from this company so when i needed portable oxygen my insurance used AeroCARE for the Intogen; I called not less than 9 times and being disconnected and given a run around by the reps I finally went to **************** to resupply the cannulas for the breathing connection. They sent me the wrong size and told me they didn't know how to look for one that wasn't too large or to small at the place underneath my nose. I asked if I could return the wrong ones foe a credit to be sent to my provider well they didn't know and told me I could mail them back at my expense. I now have the proper size and referance number I used to have no trouble but know I don't understand what the problem is if you have the correct information to give them!

      This company way over charges for equipment. They do this by billing you and insurance 2x the amount the the equipment.

      As other reviewers here, I think this company is a fraud. When I started using their services, I was told I would have to pay more than 200 dollars as inicial payment for buying the sleeping machine, and 7 dollars for the next 10 months. The truth is that I have paid already almost 800 dollars, including some supplies. I have called them several times to clarify the nature of some payments, and to ask them when the payments are going to stop. Last time I spoke with some representative, they told me that February 2024 will be the last payment, collected at the beginning of March. It is now April, and they are still charging me in auto-pay mode. I feel robbed and deceived for this company, like they can take your money whenever they want, for whatever allegedly service. I will do whatever is necessary to get rid of their "service".

      Horrible- CPAP machine ordered on 12/12/23 - still don't have CPAP machine on 2/16/24. So frustrating.
