      Have called several times over a month to try and get my cannula for my oxygen concentrator.They don't answer the phone and say they will get back to me in 24hrs lie's.Nothing worse. Worst medical company in ***.CEO ******************* should be ashamed of the customer service or at least have a handle on it.Not doing his job. If I ran my business like he does I would be out of business.But what do you expect from a rich business man.

      Worst company that I have ever dealt with. They somehow always lose my insurance info even though it has never changed. I'm lucky if I get supplies once per year and when they do send them, they send the wrong masks and refuse to replace them. When I call they are rude and refuse to do anything to fix the problem.

      This company is a complete fraud. I got a CPAP machine in Sept 2022. It was supposed to be paid off over a 10 month period. They have billed me for over 15 months and I am still not paid off. I called them in September 2023 to find out what was going on and why I was still being billed and asked how this was not paid off. They allege that somehow I changed insurance companies in the middle of the year (May?) and the 10 month period started over. That is completely false. We have been on the same insurance since this started. I called today Jan 8 **** after I got another bill to find out what is going on. Somehow the amount now owed is over $60 higher than it was when I called in September despite payments being made. Apparently the 10 month billing period rolled over again. IF your doctor gives you a prescription and your insurance gives you options for providers, RUN as fast as you can away from Aero Care. Pick anyone else. You will be way better off. Also IF your dumb enough to use them after reading all of the reviews on her, don't keep it a secret. When they s**** you, AND THEY WILL. tell your doctor they are terrible and let him know that he should not be sending patients to this place. I certainly will make sure my doctor hears my story.

      Horrible customer service. All billing phone number go to *************** and it is impossible to understand them. I called to pay my bill and they withdrew double the amount owed. Now cannot get anyone to help and correct the overcharge.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY/ THEY SET ME UP ON AUTO PAY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. THEY STARTED UNAUTHORIZED AUTOPAY OVER A YEAR LATER AFTER PICKING UP MACHINE WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN A PURCHASE, NOT A RENTAL!!!!

      I would give them 0 stars if I could. I had knee replacement surgery in August of 2022and this company supplied my wheeled walker. I have BCBS primary, Medicare secondary and Physicians Mutual Medicare supplement. Apparently the billing is handled through Adapt Health. BCBS and Medicare stopped paying in May 2023 as they only pay up to purchase price. This equipment only costs $25-30 and 10 months more than paid for this piece of equipment. In August of 2023 I received a bill for $8.05. I called Adapt Health asking why I was being billed and was told it was because my insurance stopped paying in May 2023, I explained that was due to insurance only paying up to purchase price which had been more than met. I reluctantly paid the billed amount to keep from it affecting my credit and I was assured that my bill would then be paid in full, the equipment was mine and I would not receive any more bills. In September 2023 I received a bill for $5.84. I called Adapt Health, spoke with a supervisor who said I had a 10 month rental agreement stating in May 2023 which was the reason for the continued billing. I asked why I was told in August that my account was paid in full and also why I was never informed of this 10 month rental agreement starting in May 2023 and the supervisor stated he didn’t know why I was told what I was in August and why I wasn’t informed of the 10 month rental agreement. Stay away from these 2 companies. I’m also not paying the $5.84 and have reported both companies to the Nebraska Dept of Insurance

      They cannot do simple math. All prices are inflated. They billed me for about $1500 for the value of the equipment at my residence. I could buy NEW identical equipment for about $600 at the time. After several calls to them I found that if I were to tell them I no longer wanted their service they would GIVE me the equipment to save having to pick it up. Then they tell me about a "new" law that requires me going to a doctor to be 'recertified' every 5 years. I do this, paying for an office visit, only to have them hound me for more than a year that it has not been done. Then they bill me for about $3350 for 'claims that my insurance would not pay'. This is full monthly charges for about 16 months. Filed correctly, I would not pay anything. Why would they wait 16 months with no income? This continues with their robo calls and monthly billings, threats to sue, late charges. After all this time they fail to escalate beyond this point, no collection agencies. They continue to bill me the original amount even though they have collected on all but 9 months of the original 16 months. Medicare says they have filed no claims on these 9 months. So I call them and pass this info on. About this time I call the local office to come get their equipment. That done I call the head office to get the autopay stopped. I find out that they have a contract with Medicare and Medicare dictates the terms. They are not to bill a Medicare recipient directly. They must bill Medicare. They knew this. I think it was an attempt to get me to pay these charges voluntarily without Medicare knowing about it. If I had known that I could PURCHASE my equipment new for about $600 (less I'm sure when I started) it would have been a no brainer. I could do without all this drama.

      This company is horrible to deal with. I never asked to deal with them or contracted with them. I have paid them a lot of money as part of the CPAP machine I received. No one explains that you pay hundreds up front and the bills keep on coming. This company robo calls incessantly requesting a call back and when I try to call, I get put on hold and prompted to go through a menu - I don't even know I'm calling them for! I agree with everyone else here - they are incredibly frustrating and not customer-friendly. They told me I was up to date on bills and now I am getting dogged for a $8 invoice. For what? No accountability, no statements, no explanation of the billing. RUN AWAY FROM DEALING WITH THEM.

      Well they bill for my apap through my insurance every single claim they have filed has been 100% paid in full at time of submitting it, not one invoice received saying a balance is owed. Most recent claims paid were in May (they bill for 3mos at a time) Not one voicemail was left stating to reach out to them but yesterday I got a letter from their asset recovery department dated for last month (yes that’s right dated for MAY) stating I had until June 28th to contact them - a little late considering yesterday was the 29th of June. So I sent them an email to *************************, but have no response yet. Not one invoice sent to me by this company ever (since 2022) How do I owe anything if my insurance covers everything at 100% - I’m reporting them to my insurer as they are trying to commit fraud.
