    Ordered artwork to be printed on metal cards promised before Christmas. Sent out several emails asking on progress and no response . Spent 150$ . Order number is am54069. Order was made on 12/09/22. Even sent messages on the ******** page and no response .

    I placed an order with the company on November 28th 2022 for a digital drawing as well as a canvas of said drawing. The digital drawing arrived on December 8th, however to this day the canvas has yet to be shipped. Due to their call centers being down I have sent emails on December 16th, December 20th, and December 26th. which have gotten zero responses. All I am looking for is a refund of the $39.95 paid for the canvas that never shipped, or at the very least a response and explanation from Animefy Me.

    I ordered a digital print on December 15th from this company. Their website stated that they had guaranteed delivery of digital copies by Christmas if ordered then and still said that for days after. I emailed every single day from at least 10 emails to check what was going on and when I could expect it. I never received ONE response. Their phones go to voicemail and say that they aren't taking calls only emails. So I emailed again and again begging someone to just respond. I said if they couldn't get it to me by Christmas as promised I wanted a refund. I spent a lot of time thinking of this gift and bought a frame etc. Its currently Christmas and I still have not received the product and have not gotten a single response from the company.

    I saw Aminefy Me on TikTok. My boyfriend loves ***** and I thought it was a perfect gift for him for Christmas. The website was nice and inviting. Promised quick delivery and all of the examples they gave looked a lot like the people who sent them in. 11/26/22 I purchased my order. I got a canvas and the digital one. It was not cheap and paid $139.94. They said it would take 5-7 business days to get finished. They did so in a timely manor. When I got my proof in the email it did not at all look like the pictures I sent in. I emailed back asking for revisions and I would pay more for them. I have not received any communication with them since. They will send me emails asking for feedback, but will not respond to my emails about the art. I have emailed several more times just asking for updates and if they are revising the art. I thought I was ahead of it since I bought it a month before Christmas but I still have nothing to show for it. Do not get fooled by this company. I wish I would of looked more into the company before purchasing this. Also, I tried calling the number on the website and it is a women and children's hotline...

    I ordered and paid for a digital and canvas work. Clearly stated in the breakdown receipt from them with all the options I selected. When my artwork is done I was told that I did not pay for a canvas and mentioned that I have deleted the canvas option in the cart. Original website did not show two separate options in the cart for digital and canvas nor it did not give any option of deleting. Few days later after back and forth emails with their support. Website check out has changed adding extra options in the cart. Paid $144 after 10% discount from them via email. Ridiculously expensive if it is only for a digital work as they claim. Support also created a screenshot of a sample order that is completely different price than what it would've been had I ordered it the way they're saying it should be so it is obvious that the website is manipulated to prove their point. Very disappointing that I got scammed as I was expecting to surprise my daughter with the canvas. Don't get fooled and I hope someone does something about all these complaints.
