    This complaint is about a mishandling of my vehicle. I parked my vehicle at this business which on their website says is outdoor valet we parked on March 17, 2025 and return to pick the vehicle up on March 21, 2025. We were in ******** for the entire week. When I returned to pick my vehicle up I noticed my meter seemed different from when I left it. I then logged into my sunpass account to see that my vehicle had passed through several tolls on March *******. I reached out to sunpass to see if this was a mistake but was told my transponder was picked up on these dates. The employees at the ********************************** parking had been driving my vehicle without my consent. I then proceeded to call them but was hung up on several times then no one would answer the phone. I would like a refund.and honestly I'd like this business to be investigated. The reviews on this place is horrible and it seems to be very shady. I wish I would have seen the reviews before we reserved with them. No way a business like this should stay open

    This is our reservation confirmation. We were checked in on 3/17 and to check out on 3/21. Showing my vehicle should not have any tolls on 3/19 if he had been parked the entire time

    We left our car on March 4 at Orange *********** parking lot. We returned on march 11 at 12:15 AM. We have used this lot in the past and when we returned, they always had our vehicle waiting in a well lit area. Upon arriving on the 11th we were taken into a back parking lot that was not well lit. We got in our car and asked the driver that dropped us off to wait to guide us out. As we were leaving two other employees were standing out front watching us leave. When we returned home an hour later and got out of our car we realized the back of our brand new car had been hit. I arrived back at the lot the next day to register a complaint. Was told the owner would get in touch with me. He did he said they had a video of somebody hitting our car, but they couldnt see the license plate and they would reach out to us to handle repairing the car. Its a week later and after a few phone calls to them are still waiting for a reply. We are unable to use the car because the passenger side rear wheel was also hit and its crooked. So we have been without a car. Had to cancel a trip we were supposed to take and now had to rent a car so that we could put our car in for repairs. I think they should be responsible for the repairs, for the money we lost for-the trip that we couldnt take. And to pay for the rental car.

    Parking at Orange MCO parking in January to fly for 2 weeks when we got back our car was damaged on front left fender, we told them as soon as they bought the car to us you could see the damaged. No apologies just told us to contact someone that doesn't even exist. They will not give us any help when we call them just keeps telling us they will contact us.

    I reserved parking through *******, which sent me to a third party parking lot, Orange Parking located at *************************************************** The employees there parked my vehicle and retrieved my vehicle when my trip was complete. They damaged 2024 ***** CX-5's bumper, right front fender, and right front wheel. I filled out their claim damage form and emailed pictures taken at time of drop off showing no damage to my vehicle and at time of pick up showing damage. All pictures were taken on the lot at ****************** have not responded to any of my emails (I also sent two quotes for repair) and though I called a few times to ask to speak to the manager, I never received a call back. I have called several times since but they are purposely not answering my phone calls.Further research on this company shows that they have been sued before and the owner simply changes the company name once a lien has been placed on his business. This business should not be allowed to operate since they are clearly criminal and malicious. I can email supporting documentation if provided an email address. The limit of 5mb to attach is too small.

    I booked for parking when they picked us up ***************************************** lot and told us we had to search for our car after one hour I car was not there we had to call **** home and saw our car parked a block away! Service was horrible no one there to help

    Car was parked at orange parking lot long term parking from 9/19/24 until 9/29/24. When picking up car saw that right front fender was damaged. Manager said to file a claim at claims @orange parking lot. Com. It doesn't exist. They have not answered any messages or phone calls. Estimate for repairs is $1032.00

    *************** Parking- Broke my start button , stole all my change and a pair of sunglasses ! I parked at BMI 7/29-7/31 at *********** - I physically saw the attendant get into my car to park it. PICK UP When I finally got into my car (around 12:00am) .The start button start to my car was loose and hard to press . Got home to find the start button was all chipped away and someone had pillaged through my car and stoled all my change in a container in my console and my sunglasses . ! I have called and texted - no reply THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE - Because you as a consumer sign a waiver is not an excuse for ROBBING people . Any reputable service would NOT represent BMI as a legitimate parking service . This company should be CLOSED Pretty disgusted at the whole situation

    I travel and use the parking spot closer to the airport for speed and this is about the 5th time I dont get the service I paid for and have to pay to go to pick up my car and now u feel like they owe me and Im tired of them not taking having a business seriously

    I choose this location because it is near the airport, cheaper, and they have a free shuttle to/from the airport. Little did I know that I had signed up for a nightmare experience. Dropping off the car was fine. Upon arrival, I requested for the free shuttle, it took them forever to come, and when they did come, the driving was HORRIBLE. It had just rained, the roads were slick, the driver was speeding, there were 2 little children in the backseat scared, he was cutting people off, taking turns quick, running red lights, and when we finally parked, all of us sighed a sigh of relief that we were alive.But it gets WORSE. There was no one at the desk to check us in, because it is the same person who is also grabbing cars. They need more than 1 person at this location who is doing (what should be) multiple peoples jobs. I arrived at the same time as two other people, who got their cars immediately. After standing outside in the hot rain for 45 minutes, I checked in again and they said they were "looking for my car". Excuse me? How do you not know where my car is?! So I walked around to the back, and walked the entire lot, and my car was NOT THERE! So I immediately called the police to report my car stolen, they saw me on the phone with the police and 10 minutes later my car came out from the side... WHERE WAS MY CAR AND WHAT HAD THEY DONE TO IT! I was there a total of 2 hours...IT GETS WORSE! I know- how can it possibly get any worse? IT DOES. The next day, I was pumping gas, and I went to clean out my car (as I always do when pumping gas) and there was a dead frog in my backseat... YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY! A DEAD FROG! That was NOT there before I left for vacation, so either they left my door open and it got in, or they purposefully threw a dead frog into my car.This 'establishment' should be shut down. I cannot believe places like this are even legally allowed to exist!

    I parked my car at BMI Smart MCO from May 29 to June 11, 2024. I retrieved my car about 10:30 PM on June 11 and returned home where I parked the car in the garage. About three days later I backed the car out of the garage to go to the store and saw some ripples on the paint. I ran my hand over the paint and it flaked off showing two 8 to ***************************************************************************************** This was confirmed by a collision repair shop. The car was valet parked and apparently whomever parked the car either hit something or when parking another car hit mine. I have repeatedly tried to call the parking lot but cant get anyone to answer. I m having the car repaired and the cast is $2500.00 +. What do I do
