    Horrible. People were waiting 2 hours to get picked up from the airport by them. We ended up taking a cab it took so long. When we got to the lot there were at least 20 people waiting for their cars to be pulled up. The driver to the airport drove recklessly. People were waiting over 30 min to have their car pulled up. Never use them.

    absolute worst place to park. unprofessional, unorganized,dirty and unsanitary. dont leave a valuable car in this **** poor lot

    ****I never leave reviews, but this experience was terrible***The only reason why Im leaving one star is because my arrival experience wasnt bad. The people were friendly and the drop off process was easy and smooth.The departure process wasnt great at all. My husband and I waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick up. We clicked on the linked they provided to use for a request for pickup. After calling over 20 times, we decided to get a taxi to drop us off. To our surprised, only one person was working. I asked was were his manager he said off. People were outside waiting for the shuttle to take them to the airport. I felt so bad for them because they probably were going to miss their flight due to the lack of staff at that place. I have never been so disappointed with a service in my life. This place shouldnt be in business. The extra money I had to spend on a taxi, I could have went to a more decent parking company.Honestly this was my mistake for not reading the reviews, but I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt because everyone experiences are different. But I promise you it will be different. This company should be out of business, due to lack of staff. Lack of security for the customers vehicle. Our car door was unlocked with the key in it for 6 days. Luckily there was no damage to our vehicle.I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

    This Parking shuttle company takes forever to pick you up 1 hour. Lost my car and made us drive around looking for it. To find out it was at the original spot. Plus they put a scratch on the left rear of the truck They don't apologize on top of that they rude. We ask for our money back and they told us to call the original company we booked it thru.

    The people behind the counter refused to speak to me when I dropped off my car. Handed me a piece of paper to write my information on. I did that, then got on the shuttle to the airport. I was called by the company after getting to the airport saying that they couldnt find my reservation. I gave them the info over the phone and they said it was fine. When I returned and requested a pickup, it took over an hour. When I arrived and tried to speak to them, they LITERALLY would not speak to me, turned around & walked away. I found that my car was damaged after that and tried again to speak with someone. No response. Also, their shuttle driver was on his cell phone the entire time with no hands free device.

    If I could give this place a negative-10 star I would. This place is HORRIBLE! Always late with pickups, no one understands, or really speaks English. We were late to check in because no one was at the front desk to expedite the check in process. With all of the negative reviews this place gets, why are they still in business. WHY??!!

    Absolute Joke, they double-book rental spots and cancel them before even they come to the lot.
    This happened on Wednesday 3:20AM of November 22nd 2023, it was an absolute joke of getting people in the middle of a holiday season with no where to go to finding an alternative spot to park. BMI didn’t even bother standing outside their lot to apologize to people for overbooking, obviously they blamed way.com. As consumers we were left in disbelief and disgusted that such a thing would happen, I prepaid for my reservation two months ago so they exactly knew about renting me the spot plenty of time in advance , I had to drive around in the middle of the night to find airport parking lot available so I don't miss my flight and not fly out, I had to pay $15 daily rate which is 3x times what I prepaid to BMI who failed to fulfill their obligation. Both way.com and BMI need to be looked at their business practices by the Better Business Bureau, there were more people stranded outside BMI lot as well and I hope they voice their complaints too.

    Absolutely the worst place ever to park your car. DO NOT PARK HERE!!! The entire place looks like a junk yard. It is completely unprofessional and not in any way secure. When I picked up my vehicle they charged me more money than what I booked it for, even though it was within my booking time. Then the center console had been rifled through and everything left on my seat!!! Beyond furious. This place needs to be shut down!
